solutions for Fortune 100 Global accounts. Solution areas included network services, unified communications, managed
services, cloud solutions and data center services within the East Region and Canada.
Transformed network services business model to services-led model by creating Skills Transformation Program for
pre-sales Solution Consultants, quickly certifying area employees in Virtualization, Unified Communications and
Data Center methodologies that enabled consultative value-based conversations with clients.
Executed 5 straight years of double-digit growth (+25%) in consulting, project management and managed services
as well as signed largest multi-million dollar Unified Communications Services contract in the Americas with leading
financial services firm.
Increased overall client revenues in region 30% by creating partnerships in data center space, unified
communications, and with Tier I Hosting providers, creating first outsourcing contract.
Helped develop new service offerings, sales model, skills-based organization, consulting methodologies, intellectual
