Civil Engg.
1. Semi circular plane of dia. 60mm is resting on its diameter in H.P. The plane is inclined at 45
degree to H.P. The side in H.P. is inclined at 30 degree to V.P. Draw its projection.
2. A square plane ABCD, of side AB-50mm, is resting on corner A in H.P. Diagonal-AC
Is inclined at 45 degree to H.P. and 30 degree to V.P. Draw the projections of this plane
when corner A is 60 in front of V.P.
3. A pentagonal plane of side 40mm is resting on one of its edges of plane in V.P. The plane is
inclined at 60 degree to V.P. The side in V.P. is inclined at 45 degree to H.P. Draw the
projections of this plane.
4. A 45 degree angle set square of two sides 60mm long, is resting on one of sides of 60mm in
H.P. The plane is inclined at some angle with H.P. such that it appears a set square of 30-60
degree in plan. Draw the projections of this plane when the side in H.P. is inclined at 30
degree to V.P.

1. A regular hexagonal plane of side 40mm is resting on one of its side in H.P. The side in H.P.
is inclined at 45 degree to V.P. The plane is inclined at 45 degree to H.P. Draw the projections
of this plane when one of the edge of plane is in V.P.
2. A circular disc of diameter AB-60mm is resting on one of the points on circumference of disc
in H.P. The diameter AB is inclined at 60 degree to H.P. and 30 degree to V.P.
Draw the projections of this plane.
3. A square plane ABCD, of side AB- 50mm,is resting on one the corner A in V.P. the plane is
inclined at 45 degree to V.P. The plan of diagonal AC is inclined at 30 degree to the H.P. Draw
the projections of this square plane.
4. A rhombus of diagonals of 80x40mm is resting on one of the acute angle corner in H.P. It is
inclined at some angle with H.P. such that plan is regular square of 40mm diagonal. Draw the
projections of this plane when its shorter diagonal is parallel to H.P. and V.P.

1. A pentagonal plane of side 40mm is resting on one of its edges of plane in H.P. and V.P. The
opposite corner to the side in H.P. is 50 mm above H.P. Draw the projections of this plane.

is inclined at 45 degree to H.P. and diagonal BD-is inclined at 30 degree to V.P. Draw the
projections of this plane when corner A is 60 in front of V.P.

4. An elliptical plane of major axis 80mm and minor axis 40 mm, is resting on one of the ends of
major axis in H.P. The plane is inclined at some angle with H.P. such that plan is circle of
diameter of 40mm. Draw the projections of this plane when its minor axis is inclined at 45
degree to the V.P.
