1)what is the main field in account group

The main purpose of using Account group{Tcode {OBD2}in customer master data to redistrict the Partner
functions {SP,SH,BP,PY} for restricting the field in selected partner function by using the concept of field
status.
what ever the setting you have controlled which by default determine on customer master data screen.
2) If i create a rush order for a customer but there is no stock for material available. What will be the

result of it? How will no stock affect rush order?

when we configure rush order we have two options at doc type controls level in vov8
if v maintain X in immediate delivery then system will confirm the order only if you have the
stock
if v maintain A in immediate delivery then system will confirm the order even if you don't
have the stock
3) interviewer asked me that he have 1000 customers he given 2% discount to 100 customers..now
he want that 100 customers total amount...? Is their any standard reports to find?

V/LD is the T Code for Pricing Report. Based on Business requirement we can create new
pricing reports using V/LA
4) Can i have different delivery plantsa at header and item level in a sales order? Lets says that i
have 3 items in a sales order with different delivery plants, how will this effect delivery creation?

We can achieve this by selecting Item Division in VOV8 while configuring the Sales Order
Type.
5) Hi all one of the interviewer asked me, "What configured you done in credit management" please
help me better answer?
A1 SD Consultant responsible as follows :-

*In vov8 Controls maintain check credit limit as A,b or C for Simple credit check or maintain
D for Automatic credit check. Maintain credit group filed.
*IN vov7 controls check credit active field.
*IN V/08 for your pricing procedure for net value step maintain Subtotal as A.
*IN ova8 maintain combination in new entries :- CCA+Risk category+credit group and
maintain filed as per client requirement.
* IN FD32 maintain credit limit for customers.
A2you should tell all configuration steps like for simple credit check
-Define credit control area(CCA) in enterprise
-Assign cca to company code
-Assign CCA to sales area
-Assign CCA to customer master

-activate at sales doc


-activate at item catg
-in pricing proc subtotal A
-maintain credit limit (FD32)
6)Recently i am faced an interview. Interviewer asked me " after PGI what" ? and "after invoice
what"? plz tell me anybody. thanks in advance.
A1) After PGI stock will update,inventory account document generates,updates in credit

management,update in LIS,updates in document flow,updates in billing due list.


After billing accounting document generates,updates in LIS,document flow,generates profit
analysis document,cost center document.
