Our studio is called The Drawing Room.

The address is56 Willoughby Street, (between

Lawrence St. and Jay St.) in downtown Brooklyn. When you are on our block, you will see a bar/
restaurant called The Dining Room. Just to the LEFT of it is a glass doorway marked 56
where you will see a sign for The Drawing Room. Ring buzzer #3 and proceed to the 3rd floor.

Subway directions to get to our block:
From the A, C, or F-- Go toJay Street/Metrotech Station. When you get off the train, look for
the sign for Willoughby Street /Jay Street in the middle of the platform. When you get to street
level, you should be at the corner of Willoughby Street and Jay Street. Follow Willoughby (the
street numbers should be going up) and you will be on our block.
From the B or Q Train-- Go to theDeKalb Avenue Station. If coming from Brooklyn, board
the front car, from Manhattan board the rear car. After going through the turnstiles, go to the
right. You will exit on on Flatbush Ave. Walk one block TOWARDS the Manhattan Bridge and
take a left onto Willoughby Street. Walk four and a half short blocks, and you will be in front of
our building. Its about an 8 -10 minute walk from the station.
From the R Train from -- Go toJay Street/ Metrotech. When you walk to street level. youll
be on Willoughby Street within a block of our doorway. (Please note: do not take the N Train. It
is express, and will bypass Jay Street.)
From the 2 or 3 Train-- Go toHoyt Street station. Exit near the middle of the train. At the
street level, you will be at the corner of Hoyt and Fulton. Go across Fulton, and walk 1 block
down Bridge Street. When you get to Willoughby, take a left. Walk one and a half blocks (street
numbers will be going down) and you will be on our block.
From the 4 or 5 Train-- Go toBorough Hall Station. When you exit the train and get to the
street level, you will be by the Brooklyn courthouse building, near the corner of Joralemon and
Court Streets. Walk towards the Shake Shack (Court Street will be behind you). The street just
to the left of the sign is Willoughby. Walk down Willoughby for a few short blocks, until you pass
Jay Street. That will put you on our block.

From Manhattan by car:

Go over the Manhattan Bridge. As you get to the Brooklyn side, you come to the first
intersection, which is Tillary Street. Go straight through the light, and you are on Flatbush. Go
straight through the next traffic light (Myrtle Street) and at the2ndset of lights, Willoughby
Street, make aright and drive 4 and a half blocks. During evening hours, you should be able to
find street parking.If you want to park in a lot, from Flatbush, take the right onto Willoughby,
drive three blocks, and make aleftonBridge Street.Go one block to the end of Bridge Street,
and you come to the corner of Bridge and Fulton Street. Continue across Fulton street, and
slightly to the left, takeHoyt St.You are now on Hoyt St between Fulton and Livingston. On this
block, on the left hand side, is an indoor parking lot, which is for Macy's. This is the cheapest lot
in the neighborhood. You can park here for the entire afternoon for $8.00.
After you park, walk back onto Hoyt Street and take a right. Walk across Fulton Street and
slightly to the left onto Bridge Street. Walk to the end of Bridge Street and take a left onto
Willoughby Street, walk one and a half blocks (street numbers will be going down) and you will
be on our block.
