Site visit, photos taken. There is a paid parking lot in operation at this site. The signs are confusing as there are two
signs so there may be more than one company or the odd sign out is from the prior operator. There is no record of a
Zoning Clearance for an automotive fee parking activity. There is a business tax license for this activity started 2009
and active. The violation is confirmed. I sent a NOV to the property owner of record. CMC x6986
