Conditions for the Establishment of the OHS

Comitee at Work
It is mandatory for employers with 20 or more
workers in charge.
Workel Direction or Trust personal
In workplaces with fewer than 20 workers, they
should choose an OHS Supervisor.
The OHS Comitee is to:
Promote health and safety at work.
Advise and monitor compliance with the OHS
Internal Regulation and the national
regulations.
Labor welfare encourage and support the
development of the employer.

OHA Comitee members must:

Members must wear a badge (vest, patch,

fotocheck, etc.)
The employer calls for the installation of the OHS
Comitee. This should occur in the Work under the
Act.
The OHS Comitee must meet at least once a month

for the respective agreements.
OHS Comitee members can seek advice from the
Competent Authority to carry out its functions.

Monitor compliance with the legislation, internal

rules and technical specifications of the work related
to OSH and the RISST

the conditions and working environment, to
ensure that measures are carried out and examine
their efficiency.

In accordance with G.050 standard safety during construction, the National Building
Regulations in which the requirement to have the Plan of Safety and Health at Work
(PSST) as a prerequisite for the award of contracts is set, all building project should be
included in the Technical File of Work, Provision for Safety and Health at which the
cost of implementation of the technical and administrative mechanisms contained in
the Plan (PSST) is estimated. The items considered in the budget deal, must
correspond to those defined in this Standard.
