Physical Infrastructure

Maljo- Jubasan Elementary School has 8 classrooms and 3 classrooms needs to be grilled and 5 classrooms needs to be
repainted. Pupils chairs are inadequate. The concrete fence height is very short need and additional files of hollow blocks.
Fortunately Maljo- Jubasan ES is a recipient of E-classroom batch 26 that aims to improve teachers instruction and to
be globally competitive.

Teachers
The Maljo- Jubasan Elem. School composes of 8 permanent teachers and one teacher subsidize teacher. It is sufficient
enough to cater the
needs for instructions. Majority of the teachers have more than 6 years of service in the Dep-Ed and they belong to the new
Generation teachers. All teachers were able to attend all trainings and conferences called for to enhance latest innovations and
instructions. Most teachers observe WATCH.
They come to school before the official time and submit reports on or before the due date. They establish harmonious relationship
to the school head
and stakeholders.

Child/Learner Centeredness
The NAT MPS of school year 2012 2013 was 78 79, and the NAT MPS last S.Y. 2013 - 2014 was 93 94 there was increase
of 15.15% school
target was accomplished. Based in school performance indicators has 0% dropout rate, 0% failure and
100% promotion rate. All teachers in the school need to construct additional instructional materials by utilizing some MOOE
Funds.
Parents
Majority of the parents which is about 95% are very much supportive in all the school programs, activities and project
implemented in the school. Only 5% of parents have less support. The school head and teacher encourage all the parents to fully
support the school programs, activities and projects for the good of the children.
Non-teaching and Administrative Personnel
The school has no non-teaching personnel it has only 1 school principal to accomplish the reports with the help of some
teachers.
Textbooks and Other Learning Materials
The textbooks are inadequate with 1:2 ratio and needs an additional textbooks per grade and per subject areas. The grade I,
II, III teachers have already their TMs in K 12 curriculum.

Management Systems and Processes


The School Staff with the GPTA, SPG, SGC and Barangay Officials has harmonious relationship and they work together in
planning to improve both academic and physical facilities of the school.

The school head teacher, act as the driver, manages effectively the daily activities and conducts monthly observation, monitor
pupil performance by grading period, conducts conferences for work related matters and feed backing, soliciting ideas from
among teachers and direct supervision of the school activities. He/she facilitates the actual planning workshop. Since, the school
head is a Principal I, He needs to observe 9 teachers in a month.
This is a big problem because of time constraints or hectic schedule.

Financial Resources

The school has MOOE accounting to P 11,584.00 every month but this amount is not enough to sustain the programs and
projects of the school. The school principal and the teachers solicited assistance from the external stakeholders through fund
raising and solicitations.
Existing Programs and Projects
The Maljo-Jubasan Elementary school have different projects and programs such as Synchronize Reading Time! (SRT) from 1:00
PM to 1:30 PM wherein all grade level pupils provided with reading materials supervise by the teachers Feeding program to
malnourish pupils imitated by the GPTA utilizing the parents to prepare the menu for the feeding under the supervision of the
Home Economics teacher funds for the feeding program were taken from the MOOE and GPTA funds.

1. Access
In order to strengthen childrens access to elementary education the following strategies will be employed:
Establish rapport with the stakeholders

Establish mechanism to sustain childrens 100% attendance

The school aims to strengthen the quality of education in Guadalupe Elementary School through the following strategies:
Organize mechanism to achieve quality test results, maintain high academic performance and increase
INSETS and enhancement activities for teachers development
Provision of effective learning support materials
Re-orientation of the internal and external stakeholder role and functions.
