Both Year One Carryover and Year Two CBAE grant monies are needed to achieve the Lets Talk Healthy Relationships Program goals in reaching Alaskan youth with abstinence until marriage education and equipping twenty communities in Alaska to have self-sustaining abstinence programs. Personnel The carryover request for the budget category “Personnel” figures for Lets Talk Healthy Relationships totals $15,721.00. Carryover funds from Year One for Personnel will be used for hourly work not completed during Year One and to Provide a total of 5%* pay increases for staff employees listed below. * 5% is the total increase between the approved Year Two budget and Carryover requested amount. © Executive Director (Carryover Funds .25 FTE $538) is a full-time salaried employee through the Crisis Pregnancy Center, Anchorage, Alaska. Current salary is $9 0 ). © The Outreach Coordinators (Carryover Funds 3 FTE $5,600.00) will travel frequently, often on small aircraft in rural Alaska and are responsible for providing community outreach services to assist urban and rural communities in Alaska in developing Community-Based ‘Abstinence Education programs. Duties include; community education and evaluation for recruiting, technical assistance with community planning, program and resource development and other support services for communities as appropriate. © Requested carryover funds for Temporary Office Assistance hourly work is $6,053.00. During Year One the Program Assistant worked on average 32 hours per week due to personal needs.
