AUTO FINANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

a complete banking or financial system. It can keep the information of Saver, auto finance,
Share Holder, Expenditure, and Income Contra. The exciting part of this project is; it displays the
day book, Profit and Loss Acc, Statistical Summary and Interest Information. Proposed system as
Different type of vehicle and loan provide details and report generated.

PROBLEMS IN EXISTING SYSTEM

People

Admin cannot maintain day to day schedule.

Under-trained employees with low qualifications.

Adding people to projects that are over-running their schedule.

Working environment that prevents employees from focusing on their work.

Customer:
This module covers all requirement of an end user of the vehicle
Reorganization system. Customer means who is buy the vehicle or register the
vehicle, he logon to the site by typing the Url and providing the required credentials
to get any information of the service of vehicle, insurance details present status and
history of the previous details. He can also sent his feedbacks to the administrators.
Vehicle Details
In this Module Admin logs with his credentials and performs all activities just like other users. The admin will
register the Vehicle Registration to Owner. Admin will see the order Details, Feedback Details of Various
Customer and vehicle details and General Users and Admin .

Amount details

This module are used to immediate payment and provide receipt for customer . and all details enter database
fine details store customer database.

Payment details

Deals with providing resources to the project manager by checking the employee details like skill
and designation. VEHICLE can also view the status of the project. EMI deals with planning
the project i.e. dividing the project into different tasks and assigning those tasks to
the developers. PM also checks the timesheets of developers. Fills his own
timesheet, updates and views the timesheet.
Vehicle Entry
In this Module Admin logs with his credentials and performs all activities just like other users. The admin will
register the Vehicle Registration. Admin will see the order Details, The purchase entry module

consists of the information of name, price, and date. These details are view when
we give the product id. Then we want to specify the quantity of the product and the
supplier id.
Billing
The bill sub module consists of bill information and the company information. The
bill information contains the details of bill number and the date of the bill entered.
The company information contains the details of the product id, product name and

the quantity. By choosing the number of quantity it automatically displays total cost
of the purchasing goods
