Islamabad

Resort,

Sheraton hotel is a five

star hotel including
theme
restaurants,
spa, pool, bar and
ball room services
for the customers. It
is situated on 1.7
Million sq.ft. covered
area with a total cost of 30 billion rupees. It is
the first of its kind in Pakistan providing the
international standard comforts and luxuries
to its customers in a beautiful environment of
Murree with the location of Islamabad. We are
providing
the
services
of
structural
embedment
in
the
grey
structure.
2) Mall of Islamabad
Mall of Islamabad is a high rise
commercial building with a
total
34
floors
and
3
basements. It is situated in the
heart of Islamabad, blue area.
The client is Bahria Town Ltd. It has the areas

for retail, corporate offices and luxurious

apartments. We are providing the services of
total mechanical electrical and plumbing.

3) Saudi Arabian Embassy

It is situated in diplomatic enclave and having
the total cost of 1 billion rupees. It includes
the various offices, buildings and residential
complex. We are acting as sub-contractors for
plumbing and drainage.

4) Park One Tower, Islamabad

It is a high rise building with
16 floors and 3 basements. It
has areas for retail and
luxurious apartments and
facilities
including
cinemaplex, food courts, gym
and pool. The client is APCO
and
we
are
currently
providing the services for
structural embedments in grey structure.

5) Villas
These are luxurious villas situated in Bahria
Golf City, Islamabad including the services of
swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Central Air
Conditioning and Heating systems. We have
provided the total MEP solutions for these
villas.
