John Wiley & Sons Inc. is a global publishing company that specializes in academic publishing. The
major scope of the project is develop dashboards on the sales of books which includes hard copies as
well as electronic copies. The dashboards should also provide information about the authors enlisted
and their ratings based up on the public feedback to make easy decisions in the selection of authors.
Responsibilities:
Lead data analysis efforts to identify opportunities for Author Selection, customer acquisition,
retention and loyalty, and cross-sell as well as business development efforts.
Co-ordinated meetings to gather user requirements and create business requirements
documentation
Work closely with Central BI team to extend the data warehouse and identify data sources
required from internal / external systems / vendors.
Develop, design and maintain a suite of distribution, sales and marketing QlikView dashboards
using data from the Data Marts.
Determine the relationships among business data, determine KPIs, dimensions or measures
Implement Actions/Triggers in the QlikView interface

project was to implement QlikView dash boarding solution for Genzyme on Project/Resource analysis
application and Enterprise Key Metric application.
Responsibilities:
Gathering data sources QVD files, Excel, Oracle, SQL Server& Teradata DWs, SAP, binary QVW,
Inline and txt files in developing the QlikView Data Models.
Designed dashboards that were utilized by higher management to do analysis on healthcare
product development and their market share.

Involved in gathering requirements and performed gap analysis to create functional specifications
and technical designs.

the Top 10 Best Performing, Top 10 Under-Performing Branches, Trends of Yearly, Monthly Loss

Developed Dashboards for the Financial Details of the company with Charts based on the Metrics
