First, In the morning
I get up early and I spend thirty minutes doing physical exercise.
I have breakfast at home with my family at 6 am. After breakfast I take my children to
school and then I go to work at 7.00 am. I have lunch at home at 11:30 am (at half past
eleven) and I take a nap for 30 minutes
In the afternoon

My work finish at 5.00 pm

After work, I collect my children from school and then I go to home
I spend one hours going to out with friends
In the evening

I have dinner at 7pm.

After dinner I read newspaper and listen to music
Sometimes I surf the internet to read news.
I go to bed at 11 pm.
The second, I talk about Personal interest

I usually surf the internet in my free time because I want to find the information news
and widen my knowledge.

I like football, so I often play football with my friend twice a week.

In the evening I like listening to music and it take me 1 hour to listen . My favorite is
traditional music

I like watching TV films too because I want to relax. I like action film

Now, I would like to talk about my topic.My topic is: My last trip
Last summer, I went to Nha Trang with my family. We travel by motorbike and
stayed there for 2 days. On the first day, when we got there, we visited some famous
places in Nha Trang such as Winblane, Thp B, Bi Sn and etc. In the afternoon,
we went swimming in the beach together. The beach was rather clean and there
were many people because summer is the time many families went on vacation.
After swimming, we came back to our hotel which was near the beach to enjoy the
seafood and some specialties there. Most of the seafood was very fresh and it didnt
cost much.
- On the second day, we visited my friend and take part in his wedding party. In the
afternoon, after buying some souvernirs and seafood for cousins and friends, we
went home.

Now, I would like to talk about my topic.
There are many means of transportation such as: car, train, bus, motobike,
taxi,plans,ship so on.Taking a means of transport depend on purpose, time or distance
Personaly, I live Ninh thun but now Im living in Ho Chi Minh city for my sudy. So I
usually travel by coach because it very convenient and comfortable such as I can travel
anytime from early in the morning until late at ninght and It can go anywhere. Besidess,
Travel by coach I can read book, listen to music or sleep during my travel that I dont
have to worry about bad weather. I travel by coach instead of by plans because it cheap,
it cost 150,000VND a journey so I saved a lot of money for my sefl. Specially it rather
safe.

However, travel by coach there are some disavantages such as its so crowded and It
take a lot of time . Besides, the common problems are: Motion sickness, accident or
food poisoning . Sometime I forget important thing such as: wallet, document, laptop so
on. Although have some disavantages but travel by coach still be my choice

First, I want to talk about Mass media.
Mass media is necessary for our life, especially in modern life.It helps us relax and provides us
information. There are many means of mass media such as: TV, radio, internet, newspaper and
magazine.
The second, I would like to talk about my favorite programs

I m a teacher, I work every day except Sun day so I have a little free time. In free time I often
watch TV to relax. We all know there are many programs on TV such as: News, music,
movies, gameshow, sport and so on. Among there, my favorite are news, music and sport
program.So I usually watch TV after DINNER, I spend 1 hour watching news and listening to
music every day. I like listening to traditional and folk music to relax. But I dont like listening
to rock music because it too noisy. Besides, I like playing football too, so I often watch sport
program on TV at the weeken. My favorite team is Liverpool.
In addition, in free time I often surf internet to update infomation for my study. I can
learn a lot here because it help me widen my knowledge and I can read news, listen to music ,
watch films online. Internet access I know more about the people, culture and different country
Every day, I spend about 2 hour using the mass media. With the mass media, my life is
much more convenient and comfortable.

First, I want to talk about my job.
I am a teacher, I work at Ninh thun Vocational of College Ninh Thun for ten year. My
major is Automotive Technology and I teach automotive repair practices. I work every day
except Sunday. My work star at 7.00 am and finish at 5.00 pm every day
As a teacher, I like my job because it is a stable and noble job. It suitable for my character and
have a lot of opportunities to study. My school is near my home. It take me ten minutes to
school.So, I dont have to get up early every day. Besides, I can contact to different kinds of
people.
However, I dont like my job because some reasons:First, my salary is low, it doesn t enough to
support my family. Second, I have so many classes a week so I must work at the weenken
.Besides, my job have too pressure, it make me very tired
If every one ask me about my ambition, I will say that I wish I would get high salary, dont

Computer is one of the most important inventions of human kind. Nowadays everyone
can use computer. Computer makes our life become easier.
Now I will talk about the advantages of computer.
First, computers make our work run well, it can store large volumes of information
without occupying too much space, as is in the case of information stored in form of books and
paper documents. Every thing can be saved and solved easily only by some actions.
Second, a computer linked to internet is a great source of information which belongs to
different fields such as education, culture, medicine and etc. Therefore, you can know
everything which are happening outside or update knowledge although you are staying at
home. Moreover, it allows us to connect with people anywhere in the world via emails,
webcam or yahoo.
Last, we can relax with computers such as listening to music, watching films or playing
games.
And now, I will talk about the disadvantages of computer.
Using computer too much can damage your eyes. We can get some eye problems such
as eye strain, dry eyes, eye burning sensation. In addition, using computer linked to internet
can make people become passive. And children are easily influenced by bad games or
websites.
Therefore computer has both advantage and disadvantage. So we need to know how to
use computer correctly in order to help our life easier and healthier.

Now, I would like to talk about my topic.
Smoking is very popular in our society today and the number of people who
smoke increases every day. However, smoking has a lot of bad influences on
human. First, it can make people addicted to it, that is the reason why people spend a
lot of money every year on buying cigarrets. Second, smoking is bad for health. It
can cause some diseases such as bad cough, lung cancer, heart disease and etc.
Among these, lung cancer is the most dangerous, it cause many young death every
years. On the other hand, smoking is also very bad for non-smokers.
Cigarret smoke contains many cancer-causing chemicals and other poisonous
chemicals.To stop smoking, I think that the goverment should carry out some
solutions such as increasing cigarret tax, banning smoking in public and etc.
Besides, smokers should give up smoking. I think that people awareness is the most
important.
