Sales Manager - HCMP( 160020)


Description
Role: This role leads and supports the company system in the development of both Traditional Trade as well as Modern
Trade channel as part of the overall Strategic Plan and AOP objectives.
Accountabilities
1. Channel Leadership & Strategy
- Leads development of both modern trade and Traditional channel strategic plan and AOP within designated region
- Develop channel customers strategic plan and AOP.
- Ensure total system alignment with all channel and customer plans.
- Execute channel strategic plan and AOP with BU.
2. Customer Development
- Lead call coverage on channel customers and overall customer growth initiatives.
- Develop customer wiring plans and distribution execution plan.
- Support and coach customers in local business and ensure alignment on business initiatives.
- Work with other functions (marketing/ CD) to identify regional/local channel customer targets and support sell-in.
- Drive customer volume, VPO, share and presence through specific growth initiatives.
- Conduct key accounts business reviews and coordinate with all necessary action plan.
3. Develop and Transfer Capability
- Work with cross function (CD/HR) to identify channel capability gaps.
- Work with Capability organization to identify and/or develop channel Best Practice tools and transfer to company.
- Lead and conduct channel workshops to build Frontline capability.
4. Strengthen Organization
- Build competency in handling the channel.
- Provide clear direction on goals, roles and performance standards for the channel organization.
- Create a motivating and rewarding work environment.
- Managing the change within the channel to cope with business needs
- Crisis Management if necessary
Qualifications

- University graduation in economics, business or related field


- Managed front-line performers with at least 5 years of experiences
- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG company in a Sales Management role
- Ability to lead and implement business strategy
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and coaching skill
- Computer literacy (Windows applications)
