The MBA combines the best of what King College has to offer---a business management
program complemented by integrated courses in the liberal arts allowing student ro
direcdy integrate the management knowledge, philosophy, skills, theory, and tools
for a successful career in the 21st century. The MBA program is currently accredited
by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).

In addition to the Master of Business Administration, King offers a Healthcare


Administration Specialization. The additional courses focus on the application
of specialized knowledge and skills in healthcare administration. You'll learn
to apply business management theory to the design and implementation of
services in a health care system and develop strategies to achieve quality out-
comes in care delivery with respect to fiscal and human resources. You'll be
prepared for success in mid-level and upper-level management and executive
positions in a healthcare environment.

The total number of hours required to complete the Master of Business


Administration is 36 (or 30 for those who possess a baccalaureate degree in
business). With convenient schedules and locations available, you can com-
pfete your MBA in approximately 19 months. The Healthcare Administration
Specialization requires one additional semester of coursework.

To be eligible for enrollment in the MBA Program at KingCollege,
you must have completed a Bachelor's degree from a regionally
accredited college or university and complete the following application

The program is full time and is designed so that a student with between 50 and
7O credit hours of work completed at an accredited college can graduate in four
semesters.

Adult students who are beginning the pursuit of a college degree or who have
completed fewer than 50 hours of coursework are eligible for our Pathway Classes.
These classes offer students the opportunity to complete general education andlor
elective requirements in an adult friendly format, while preparing to enter one of our
adult degree programs. Your admissions representative can work with you to develop
a plan that will help you reach your educational goals.

tbeoretical knowledge and practice skills needed to Junction in increasinQly complex care settings.

The total number of hours required to complete the Master of Science in Nursing program is 39 hours.
Classes meet one day a week for 8 hours. Full-time students can complete the MSN degree in four
1S-week semesters. With convenient schedules available, you'll complete your MSN in approxi-
mately 16 months.

The graduate nursing program at King College provides professional nurses with

Combined MSN/M BA Option


The combined MSN/MBA degree option prepares you to become a nurse executive
who ensures excellence in client care services and impacts the business environment in
\ which nurses practice. This concentration focuses on the application of specialized knowl-
edge and skills in nursing administration to prepare you to be successful in mid-level and
, upper-level management positions. The combined MSN/MBA can be completed in as few as six
full-time semesters. Students enrolling for this combined degree option must meet the admission
requirements for both Nursing and Business.

NURSING REPAYMENT P1AN


The Nursing Education Loan and Repayment Program
(NELRP) is open to all regisrered nurses. Participants must

facility in an underserved area. For two years of service, the

for three years of service, rhe NELRP will pay 85% of the
