Appointment Letter

We have pleasure in offering you an appointment with as Sales


Executive at headquarter Muzaffarnagar reporting to the Regional Sales
Manager. Your appointment is effective from 1ST May, 2015 subject to your joining
on the said date.
The terms and conditions of your appointment will be as mentioned here under.

2. Your compensation will be reviewed in accordance with companys policies
from time to time, at the sole discretion of the company.
3. You will be on probationary review during your first six months of
employment with the company. Confirmation of your service is contingent
upon your successful completion of the probationary period and subject to
completion of necessary certification(s) as may be relevant or specified
considering your job / segment profile. Unless your services are confirmed in
writing by the company, you will continue to be on probation. While on
probation, this agreement can be terminated by either party by giving 15
days written notice or salary in lieu of notice. For purposes of calculation,
notice pay would refer to Basic Salary only. Post the probationary period,
this employment agreement may be terminated by either party by giving one
month written notice in advance of termination, or pay the monthly payments
in lieu of notice.
4. You will be governed by, and will be required to comply with and abide by all
the rules, policies of the company (and any changes/revisions thereto
effected from time to time) applicable to you as an employee, during the
course of your employment with the company. These include a requirement
that you maintain with the highest standards of conduct and act with the
highest ethical principles. You must not do anything that may be a conflict of
interest with your responsibilities as an employee. These expectations are

included in the code of conduct and the HR manual, all of which are available
for your review. It is your responsibility to read and understand these
policies and expectations.

5. During the course of your employment with the company, you will work
exclusively for, and in the interest of the company. You will not engage
yourself in any other business/profession (part-time or otherwise) without
written permission from the management.
6. You agree that during your employment you may have access to or acquire
client information and other business information from the company or from
its employees, clients or customers that is unique and which cannot be
lawfully duplicated or easily acquired. You understand and agree that you
have a continuing obligation not to use , publish or otherwise disclose either
during or after your employment with the company, any trade secrets,
confidential or proprietary information belonging to, r concerning or referring
to the company, or any client or customer of the company.
7. In the event of separation from the services from the services of the
company, you shall immediately return all the company property in your
possession to the company. You will be relieved from services only after a
satisfactory handover of responsibilities, settlement of outstanding dues,
service of notice period, and clearance from your immediate supervisor.
8. The company reserves the right to change the terms of employment from
time to time.
9. The terms of this appointment shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India, and the courts in Karnal will have
jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or difference that may rise under the
terms of this employment.
