Dear Clergy, Greater Cincinnati & National Leaders and Citizens:

Thank you for your patience as my attorneys diligently work to prepare a legal
brief on behalf of the "People" who want to see truth and justice prevail. This
legal brief is to persuade the Ohio Supreme Court to take jurisdiction of my
appeal. Over one hundred people sent letters to the OSC one month ago within
two hours and my jail sentence was stayed pending appeal. We are asking
citizens, churches, faith-based organizations, companies, civic & civil rights
organizations that want to be a part of this history to request the OSC to take this
case.
I have enclosed two signature pages for circulation, one for organizations to sign;
and the other for individuals. Persons may sign both individually and for the
organizations you represent on the right page. Please copy and circulate the
appropriate page. If you desire a final copy of the brief, please send me an
email.

church Sunday, it would be very helpful and persuasive to Ohio's highest court.
We are also collecting signatures from NOON until 2 PM, this Saturday,
February 27 at New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road in
Roselawn.
The "People's" brief is due Monday, February 29 at the Ohio Supreme Court.
