EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
NAME OF PROJECT
The proposed project shall carry the name Thaddeus
Pharmacy.
LOCATION
The proposed nursing home will be erected on a lot with
a total area of 40 sq. m. located in Brgy. North San Jose, Locsin
St, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines (1041'57.1"N 12232'32.2"E).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Thaddeus Pharmacy will be established as sole
proprietorship business of Ma. Nancy Jayme, a resident of Brgy.
Simon Ledesma, Jaro, Iloilo City. It will be built purposely to
serve the need for pharmacies in Brgy. North San Jose, Locsin St,
Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines (1041'57.1"N 12232'32.2"E) due
to the growing number of people in the population.

MARKET ANALYSIS
Thaddeus Pharmacy will cater all persons. The pharmacy
can accommodate 2 clients at a time.
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
The proposed pharmacy is a two-story building that is
constructed on a lot with ___ sq. m, covering a total floor area
of ___ sq. m. It has a total of 2 rooms in the ground floor and 2
rooms in the second floor. Materials that will be utilized in the
operation are sufficiently available. They can be acquired from
different suppliers near the location at reasonable prices.
Pharmaceutical supplies can be acquired from different suppliers
in the Philippines and in Seoul, South Korea at reasonable
prices.
MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
Thaddeus Pharmacy is a sole proprietorship type of
business. The owner and at the same time the manager shall
receive all profits and shall absorb all losses. She will have
direct supervision of all pharmaceutical personnel.
Job specification of pharmaceutical personnel are set
to be hierarchical to set organization among them. Salaries and
wages are based on the provision provided by the Department of
Labor and the Pharmacy Law (RA 5921).

SOCIO-ECONOMIC BENEFITS
The establishment of Thaddeus Pharmacy gives the
following socio-economic benefits:
a. Employment opportunities for pharmacy students
b. Taxes, as sources of income for the government.
c. Accessibility. The clients will have diverse access among
brands of drugs.
d. Accessibility for Koreans to purchase OTC(over-thecounter) pharmaceuticals directly from South Korea.
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
The financial ratio and analysis serve as indicators of
the business profitability and stability. Increasing trend
in revenue contributes a lot in the attainment of higher net
income.
FINDING, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATION
The project Thaddeus Pharmacy is feasible as shown by
the result of the research conducted. The owner has enough
