Abstract
Exercise cycle is the main mode of exercise in many urban areas. Power generated by pedaling can be used in many applications
i.e. power generation ,run a washing machine, run mixer grinder etc. basically this project is extremely useful in all over the
world . Riding a cycle helps in maintaining a good physic and along with it gives us its power to reduce our efforts and save our
time also. Basically we dont put any extra effort and we utilize our exercise energy only. In India, these types of energy are
really needed. Because we already suffering from shortage of electricity and energy resources. Problem statement: As we know,
renewable energy sources can be replenished in a short period of time. These abundant and sustainable energy sources can be
used to curb our need for fossil fuels, thus reducing impact to humans, other species and their habitats. India needs more and
more energy every year, whether it is fuel to create electricity or fuel for our vehicles. There is constant hated political debate
regarding the best decision for our nation's energy security. While politicians debate over this issue, they lose sight of
alternatives to oil, like wind, solar, geothermal and hydro power. India will not be energy independent if all resources are used to
exploit every last drop of oil on Indian soil. By taking all this things in consideration we select this project and this is the only
method to reduce use of electricity and produce it with our salves to run a fan or turn on the light when power is cut off.

A. Pedal Operated Hacksaw:

The power hacksaw machine, which runs on electric power, works on the principle of the conversion of rotational motion to
oscillatory motion. The bicycle also uses the same principle. To give shape to his idea,.
We used a guide to control the hacksaw blade which is used to cut the metal. Metal slabs were fitted on the hacksaw blade to
ensure pressure on the object to be cut and linear movement of the blade. A clamp, with degree rotation, was fixed to hold the
metal pieces while cutting, and to allow them to be cut in any shape and angle.
We can also added a chain to the bicycle for easier pedaling. we fixed the chain in reverse to that of a normal bicycle and
finalized the design of the pedal-powered metal cutter.

B. Pedal Operated Pump:

This design is composed of a peristaltic pump powered by paddling, a carbon filter and hose or flexible tube as the person sits on
the seat and paddles, the pedal crank transfer the motion to the rotor thus the rollers. The tube is squeezed by the set of rollers to
move the fluid. By constricting the tube and increasing the low-pressure volume, a vacuum is created to pull the liquid into the
tube. Once in the pump, the liquid is pushed through the tube by compressing the tube at a number of points in contact with the
rollers. The media is moved through the tube with each rotating or oscillating motion. The water is then forced through an
activated carbon filter which removes chemicals, bad taste and smell, pollutants, turbidity and other micro-organisms making the
water now safe and drinkable.

C. Pedal Operated Electric Generator:

There are various renewable energy sources such solar, wind, hydropower etc. In addition, people use fossil fuels, which are
nonrenewable. These resources are very expensive. Therefore, there is a need for cheap, renewable energy source. As long as we
are pedaling and the system is working fine, we can get the
Power whenever needed. Power generation using bicycle is very cheap and eco-friendly. Even though people have been using
pedal power for various day-to-day chores, generating electricity from pedaling was not in vogue until few decades back. Today
dynamo equipped bicycles are common which power the incandescent headlights during night.

1) Advantage:
This Project Will Save Our Effort and Convert into Useful Work.
It Also Saves Our Time As Two Works Are Completed Simultaneously
Its Cost Not So Much High As Compared To Conventional Exercise Cycle
Most Of The Eclectic Based Work Can Be Done On This Even If Power Is Cut Off.
Without Any Extra Effort We Can Save Our Electricity And Produce Also
It Reduces The Usage Of Electricity
It Saves The Cost
This Process Is Cheap and Ecofriendly.

II. CONCLUSION
Without any extra effort we can do our most of the work and by using this we can save our money, effort and time. Which is
very precision it neither use electricity nor any energy resource expect human.
