Resident Manager
We seek an experienced Resident Manager who will function as the Operations Manager for the Resort, to provide
strategic leadership and direction to the operation departments, to achieve goals and contribute to the guest
experience and overall profitability of the resort whilst maintaining Jumeirah Brand standards. It is also essential to
drive the company quality service program and complete special projects as assigned by the General Manager.
Your key duties will include:
Assist the management team in development & execution of the business strategy.
Lead the development and co-ordination of all activities to ensure delivery of resort operations.
Use the Business Excellence framework in order to monitor & achieve goals set in the Resort Balanced
Scorecard.
Conduct frequent and thorough inspections of the different resort operations to ensure service excellence is
consistently maintained.
Verify that the best products are used in the resort operation on a regular basis.
Take responsibility for the timely delivery of capital projects within the building to ensure company assets
are effectively maintained.
Seek opportunities to encourage teamwork in order to share resources and best practice between
departments.
Ensure health, safety, hygiene and other relevant legislative obligations are fulfilled, ensuring the safety and
wellbeing of the resort, guests and colleagues.
About You:
You will have a Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration from an accredited
