Dear Management team,

I am writing to apply for the part time, Medical Assistant position advertised for the nontraditional
medical office in Leawood, KS. I have practiced in the nursing arena throughout multiple specialties/subspecialties for the last 25 years, which has allowed access in learning from many different experiences,
including phlebotomy. Beyond that, I was empowered to developed trusted, professional relationships while
working alongside assigned physician(s). Moreover, giving an advantage in providing superior care,
education and coaching to patients and others. It is my core belief to serve the patients, physician, coworkers and myself, in creating a profitable difference, while expanding an environment of service.
Despite evolving and witnessing many positive and transformative advances in healthcare, we as a
society, continue to regress physically and emotionally into the unhealthiest nation at an alarming rate. As a
person who is out to make a difference in the lives of others, advocating change by emphasizing how
nontraditional, healing modalities are working. Whereas, traditional healthcare is failing, is one way in
creating change. Another possible way of projecting change, is to be in action by simply introducing, being
aware and listening, to the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit is an art in healing and
everyone possesses this art form. In addition, one can create opportunities to engage others in sharing their
success stories and the power of nontraditional medical care
On-going goals is to ignite patients, team members and communities to embrace their own
responsibilities in their wellness. As well as, invite others to be curious of the small, easy changes that can
be made, leading to positive differences in their emotional and physical life. Continue empowering
creativity in myself and others to grow personally and professionally. More importantly, to be proactive with
integrating approved methods of patient care, as an extension of the physician, to empower wellness and
enhance the extraordinary patient care experience. Last, but not least, being in action as a role model,
inspiring society, to fully absorb and reap the benefits of integrating nontraditional medical care into their
lives.
