Committee discussed the need for due diligence and obtaining a corporate lawyer.

a. Is this a profit sharing or leasing?
2) Trevor Falk
a. Has anyone looked at where SusGlobal is making their money?
b. Have they done anything similar? No example of similar work.
c. No need for an American lawyer,
3) Bob DeJong
a. Lots of time, 5 months for financing.
b. Incorporated under three types of law, Ontario, Canada, and Delaware.
c. Questions regarding the chairman of SusGlobals past.
d. Needs to see all Georgian Bluffs documents.
e. Where are the references?
