In our project we have studied the communication with chaotic system.

The Chaotic behavior has been observed in the laboratory in a variety of
systems such as electrical circuits, lasers, oscillating chemical reactions,
fluid dynamics, and mechanical and magneto-mechanical devices. Everyday
phenomena are showing examples of chaotic systems such as weather and
climate. There is some controversy over the existence of chaotic dynamics in
the plate tectonics and in economics. We investigated some important
properties of chaotic systems using the logistic map and its bifurcation
diagram. Also we show the universality found in ''the route to chaos''. We
discussed analogue chaotic communication system and synchronization.
Chaos is the study of complex nonlinear dynamic system .The name "chaos
theory" comes from the fact that the theory describes a system is apparently
disordered. The logistic map is a polynomial mapping, often cited as an
archetypal example of how complex, chaotic behavior can arise from very
simple non-linear dynamical equations. The logistic model was originally
introduced as a demographic model by Pierre Franois Verhulst[17].
Bifurcation theory is the study of how and when such bifurcations. A
bifurcation occurs when a small smooth change made to the parameter
values (the bifurcation parameters) of a system. Such a change causes a
sudden 'qualitative' or topological change in the system's long-term dynamical
behavior. Bifurcations occur in both continuous systems and discrete
systems. The analog signal is continuous in time and in amplitude. There has
been considerable interest in the possibility of exploiting chaos in wide band
communication system. Two types of analog chaotic systems have been
investigated synchronized and unsynchronized chaotic systems. The general
approach to synchronization is to take two or more identical chaotic systems
and couple them together in such a way that the chaotic behavior of all the
systems is the same.
We have considered some chaotic systems. First we have discussed
Chua chaotic system. The criteria for choosing Chuas circuit is its
simplicity. It exhibits a variety of chaotic phenomena simpler than by other
complex circuits, which makes it a popular circuit. Also we have showed the
Chuas generator circuit diagram, its component, and how does the circuit
work? Also we have demonstrated the simulation of Chua chaotic generator.
Second, we have discussed Lorenz chaotic generator, its equations,
Lorenz attractor, and simulation of Lorenz chaotic generator. The Lorenz
equations represent the convective motion of fluid cell which is warmed

from below and cooled from above. The same system can also apply to
dynamos. It has been showed that the Lorenz Attractor is a solution to a set
of differential equations originally developed to model small scale
atmospheric behavior. The plotted results of Lorenz attractor show a
butterfly attractor that is unusual visualizations of deterministic chaos.
Third, we have investigated the Chen's chaotic generator. The Chens
attractor is recently observed and reported. In contrast with the Lorenz
butterfly attractor; Chens attractor is topologically more complex but
without changing the smooth quadratic functions. The circuit
implementation of Chens attractor and the synchronization of two Chens
systems have been discussed. The mathematical model of Chens system and
an electronic circuitry realization for the system and simulation of Chen
chaotic generator are also elaborated, implemented and fabricated.
Fourth, Rssler chaotic generator has been mentioned. Rssler's system
is probably the simplest 3-D ordinary differential equations that have
quadratic nonlinearity and exhibits chaotic behavior. These differential
equations define a continuous-time dynamical system that exhibits chaotic
dynamic associated with the fractal properties of the attractor. The Rssler
attractor is a system of three non-linear ordinary differential equations.
In our project we have considered, experimentally, the Chen's chaotic
generator. We have discussed the mathematical model of Chens system and
the circuitry implementation of Chens attractor. Also we have calculated
and designed the values of parameters and elements used in the circuit.
Finally we have illustrated the experimental setup, implementation, and
results of the Chen's chaotic generator.
