RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Classes are offered for children from 7 years of age through 12th
grade.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
Adults wishing to join the church or baptized Catholics who wish to
receive Sacramental preparation, contact the Parish office for information.
BAPTISMS
The class is held every third Monday of the month at the Parish Hall.
Classes begin promptly at 7:00 pm. You must pre-register for the
class at the Parish Office.
MATRIMONY
Please contact the Parish Office. A minimum of six months of preparation is needed. Do not set a date before you consult with the office.
The usual day and time for weddings are Saturdays at 12:00 p.m. and
1:30 p.m.

We commemorate the loving acts of Our Lord at the Last
Supper when He instituted the Eucharist and the Priesthood
- Holy Orders.
Eucharist - Jesus takes bread and says, This is My Body
given up for you: My Blood that will be shed for you.
Holy Orders - Jesus gives the command, Do this in
memory of Me.
Mass of the Lords Supper will be celebrated at 6:00
pm.There will be no morning Mass. Following the Mass,
the Blessed Sacrament will be transferred in procession to
the Altar of Repose in the Parish Hall. You are invited to
venerate Our Lord until 11:00 pm. This adoration is in
remembrance of Our Lords praying and suffering in the
Garden of Olives where He put the question to His sleeping
apostles, Could you not watch one hour with Me?
Good Friday
March 25
Solemn Liturgy 3:00 p.m.
We commemorate the Lords Passion and Death on the
cross. God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten Son for our Salvation. Jn 3:16.
There will be NO Mass offered anywhere in the world
today.
Today is a day of FAST and ABSTINENCE - no meat for all
over age 14 and one main meal with no snacking for those
ages 21 to 59. The Solemn Liturgy at 3:00 pm will include
the Liturgy of the Word, followed by the Veneration of the
Cross, and Holy Communion.

will be held at 5:30pm on Thursday, March 10, 2016
at the Suncoast Hotel. Dinner tickets are $100
each, there will be different entertainer events this

Every year, Living Grace Home provides a safe haven to between 20-25 pregnant, homeless young
woman. Young woman arrive at whatever point in
their pregnancy that they are in need of shelter.

more intense prayer, charitable works, self
denial, and fresh efforts to cope with the
evil in our lives.
FASTING: one full meal and two lighter meals with no

Soon, our diocese will be taking up the Catholic Relief Services collection. This collection funds six
Catholic agencies that work to serve Jesus in disguise of our suffering brothers and sisters around
the world. These agencies provide a broad range of
services, including advocating for immigrants, providing humanitarian aid in the wake of natural disasters, resettling displaced individuals, and working
for increased peace in our world. Your support of
this collection is an opportunity to help Jesus in disguise.

In the late morning of April, 2015, a 7.8-magnitude

earthquake struck Nepal toppling buildings and
homes, causing widespread panic, and claiming
thousands of lives. At this time, aid is still being provided by Catholic Relief Services. Shelter remains
an urgent priority, as many families still live under
basic tarps, tin sheeting or other materials, with
minimal protection from the elements. Long-term
recovery efforts will likely focus on safe rebuilding,
support so families can become resilient, and the
restoration of markets and livelihoods. By joining
with the Catholic community throughout the United
States and donating to this special collection you
will provide the necessary means for CRS to continue to care for our brothers and sisters in need.
