(ETEA copy) along with a copy of CNIC should be attached with the Application Form and should be submitted to ETEA
office (H.NO.46, Street-5, Defence Officers Colony, Khyber Road, Peshawar) through courier service or by hand latest by

28th August 2015. No Application Form will be accepted after closing Date. ETEA will not be responsible for late

receiving of Applications through courier, i.e. Applications received on 29 August shall not be entertained.
