I. INTRODUCTION:

In order to achieve the educational goals set by the City Schools


Division of Puerto Princesa, San Jose National High School ,together with a pool of
competent teachers and supportive parents has committed itself to the mission of
equipping every student with competencies and life long skills; making each one
model of virtues, attitudes and values that each may live productively in a caring
and nurturing environment.

Our school administrator, teachers, students and stakeholders made an effort for a
constant change.
Pupils potentials must be enhanced and developed outside the
four corners of the school. The pupils must be guided individually
according to their skills/talents that will make them productive and
competent individual specifically in communication to other people not
only in school but also as citizens.
The teaching and learning of English,Science ,Math,Filipino and other
Makabayan subjects rebounds to one ultimate objective, that is , to see every
Filipino revere the handiwork of God because this can make him a
responsible ,concerned, useful and fulfilled citizen , not only of his community,
but of his country and of this world .

A. LEARNERS DEVELOPMENT:
1.Carefully prepared lessons / lesson plans where in competencies / objectives were based o n the PELC.
2.Periodic tests were given and analyzed in order to find out the increase and decrease of pupils
performance.

B.PROFESSIONAL GROWTH:
1.Subscribed professional magazine such as MODERN TEACHER MAGAZINES in order to be updated
with the latest trend and happenings in teaching.

2. Punctually attended in the School Affair such as faculty meetings, school programs, such as :
Independence Day Celebration, Nutrition Month Celebration, Buwanang Wika, Science Month
Celebration, United Nations Month,Christmas Party and other social functions.

1. Conducted PTA meetings and informed parents about the studies of their children.
2. Organized homeroom PTA Officers, Classroom Organization, Science Club, Math Club etc..

1. Made of sort of repairs on students desks which need minor repair.

2. Repainted pupils desks.


3. Maintained the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom.
4. Planted varieties of ornamental and mistable plants.
