QUESTION 1
You have just completed your Bachelor Degree in Office Systems Management and
Technology. Your next step is to seek for employment at a suitable organization. Recently,
you came across a job opening at Serumpun Kreatif Sdn. Bhd. as an Office Manager and
you wish to apply for the job. Your advisor has advised you to send in your resume to the
person in charge at that particular organization. As you are aware, many companies and
employment agencies receive hundreds or thousands of resumes each year. Therefore, it is
very important for you to send in an attractively formatted resume to the person in charge,
as it may create a good first impression on you.
Prepare a standard resume and state all the important categories related to the job you are
applying.

QUESTION 2
Prepare the first slide as the title of your presentation which is Company Profile - Formerly
known as: Hijau Alam Training and Consultancy. Company Registration No: 3920-3-90 and
Date incorporated: November 1990. The company was formed to provide services to
improve and develop the Human Performance in line with the direction of the organization
that the company works with. Other slides to be included are Business Philosophy - The
company believes in total participation with full commitment to achieve the Human
Resource Development Excellence. It is also necessary for you to include the company's
motto that is Togetherness, Everyone to Achieve More.
In addition, you are requested to include the vision of the company - To be the centre of
excellence in training and development and the mission is to improve human performance
in the most systematic and effective manners. The last two slides focus on the company's
training approach that is pre-workshop needs and assessment. In this case, the company
emphasizes on recommendation, suggestions and objectives. The final slide would be on
Evaluation based on evaluation strategy. It will touch on the objective set earlier and follow-
up sessions.

the important details in your slide presentation.

five (5) steps on how to add the animation effects to the slides.
