Introduction
UK Jobs Agency is a recruitment company based in the North West UK that
recruits people within UK and EU Countries - Poland, Slovakia and Czech
Republic. Core service areas are temporary and permanent positions
predominantly in the hospitality industry (bars/restaurant staff, chefs,
housekeepers) retail, production and manufacturing industry, catering, care
homes, commercial/domestic cleaning and farming industry.
UK Jobs Agency intends to be improve its online search result to rank highly
on Google search which would translate to becoming the rallying point in
North western cities for employers and Employees alike through providing
latest jobs, free to affordable employment service for employers while
helping the employers get the best candidates. Its major clients are English,
Slovakian and Czeck speaking people.
PROBLEM ANALYSIS
The Problem analysis section bring out the core problems identified with the
website from the SEO Audit carried out between 9 -11 January, 2016. The
areas of focus are not limited to the points below but are generally in three
braod categories:
On page,
Off page and
Social Media Optimizations

ON PAGE ANALYSIS
Each page holds the same title <title>UK Jobs Agency About Us -
UK Jobs Agency</title>
This would not help ranking because of repetition hence there is nothing to
see on the other pages after the home page has been crawled since it all
contains the same title tag
Meta Description Tag
Description tag you have the summary of what a page is all about. Unlike a
title tag that should contain few words, description tag can contain a
sentence or two or a short paragraph. It is important to use description tag
as Google might use it as snippet for the page. Like title tag, description
should be unique per page.
Currently, There is an absence of the description Tag on the homepage,
description tags were present in other pages analysed .
There is need for a unique Description tag for the homepage.
Image ALT attribute
The image ALT attribute should have text that rightly describes not just the
image but the aim of putting that image. The ALT attribute allows you to
specify alternative text for the image if it cannot be displayed for some
reason. This is very important as a user may use a browser that does not
support images, or use alternative technologies, such as a screen reader.
Also if the image is used as a link, the ALT tag should describe the page it is
linking.
For good ranking, at least one image in a page should have a keyword as its
title.
None of the image ALT attributes in all the pages is SEO friendly. They are not
descriptive enough and only used for language indicators .
H1 Tags
The H1 tag is the most important of all heading tags (H1H6). Heading tags
are used to present structure on the page to users, making texts contained in
them larger than normal texts on the page. Heading tags tell both users and
google robots that a text or set of texts is important. Multiple heading sizes
used in order create a hierarchical structure for your content, making it easier
for users to navigate through your document.

Though H1 tag is not a very high SEO ranking factor, it is good it used in
webpages. The H1 tag could be rewritten to include a keyword which
improves SEO keyword density.
Page Content and Keyword density
A compelling and useful content helps a site rank more than other factors. It
also motivates users to visit the site more often and even invite friends. The
content of every page should be unique and engaging. Though one has to be
careful not to engage in keyword stuffing, the keywords should be repeated
severally (though with variations. e.g, past tense, present tense, etc) in the
content of the page so as to have a high keyword density (keyword
repetition/no of words in the page).
Though all the pages have reasonable amount of words (above 250 words),
the content on the homepage is biased towards employers only, which cuts
off a large amount of job seekers that could bring in higher page ranking.
Also the keywords were too far away from the beginning of the page. Most of
them were used at the ribbon at the bottom half of the home page.
More keywords of the city and job searching keywords can be added to the
home page.

Backlinks
This is also known as inbound links, inward links, inlinks and incoming links.
These are basically links pointing to your page from other websites, or online
directories. Backlinks are very important as Google sees it as an indication of
the popularity or importance of a particular webpage of website. Google
interprets a link from a website to your page as a vote by that website to
your webpage. Backlinks are more viable if the website originating the link is
of higher ranking or if the website is in the same category of business. So the
link popularity of your backlinks matters a lot.
Currently, there are no backlinks on any of the pages found during the
analysis.

Online Directories, WIKIs, , Google Image and Google Video
Listing your website on online directories, WIKIs, Google Image and Google
Video will help provide good and viable backlinks. It costs nothing to be listed
in these directories. Examples of these are Yahoo UK directory, DMOZ,
Wikipedia, Google Image and Google Video.
Other relevant lists and forums that are vital are City
Currently, none of the pages is listed on any of these.

Google has the notion that the presence of a website on social media
indicates that the business is at per with the technology. Thus Google tend to
provide more visibility to such website or webpage. So, online social media
presence will make search engine robot visit your site easily and regularly.
There should be other varieties of sites other than the facebook, twitter,
youtube etc. It is adviced to carry out more campaigns on these platforms.
Will study and provide easiest backlinks that will provide quick return on investment.

Costing
There are three pricing models, the chosen model is usually chosen after a
clear scope of engagement is defined along side with expected results. You
can then choose what works best for your budget.
