Paper Setting Minor examination will have five questions from the prescribed syllabus satisfying the
Guidelines
respective course outcomes. Major examination will be set in three sections (six
questions), uniformly covering all units and course outcomes.
Section 1 :Will contain short answer type questions preferably covering all
units. (Compulsory section)
Section 2 : will have at least 50% numerical based questions along with subjective
questions asking why and how of the topics (3 questions to be attempted out of 4)
Section 3 : will have one compulsory question numerical/short case study/design related
problem from any major unit.
