1. Submit a letter at the latest 2 weeks before the
commencement of the semester.
2. Postponement Fee/semester: Rp. 1 Million (if paid by
2nd week of commencement of the semester); if later
then the fee will be Rp. 2 Million.
3. Maximum Length of Study : 6 Semesters to complete
your PGP

Finance Rules & Regulations


1. Payment Schedules:
Students on installment plan need to ensure payments are DONE based on the agreed dates.
Otherwise, you will not be allowed to sit during final examinations or submit papers ( which
include ECU and C&G).
Students who have fully paid International Examination are eligible to take part in the
International Examinations.
Successful students will receive International Certificates from LSPR Partnering University /
Institution.
2. Repeat Subject /Cross Enroll:
You have ONLY 1 (one) subject free of charge to Cross Enroll during your entire study at PGP.
The 2nd time you failed (any succeeding subject or the same subject), you have to pay the
repeat subject. (Rp. 3.5 Million/subject).
3. Semester Extension :
You are expected to complete your studies Within 3 semesters
To extend for another semester, you will be charged an additional fee for Rp. 4 Million.

Rules of Students Attendance


Students are allowed to be absent for a maximum of 4 times
/ per subjects / per semester
No recommendation letter required for absences > 4 as
decision is made by Program Director and not respective
lecturer.
There are no re-sit test for Mid Test and Final Test unless:
Adjacent exam schedule with other subjects
Mourning/death of immediate family
Business trip assignment (only for working students)
Sick and hospitalized

Other Rules
PGP LSPR is trying to ensure the maximum # of
replacement class will be 2 / subject / semester
Students have right to give their feedback about their
lecturers through Lecturer Evaluation Form. Highly
recommend to use this RIGHT EFFECTIVELY.

Anti-Plagiarism Policy
All assignments will need to have a signed declaration on the 2nd page (after the cover) that
the material submitted is the students own work and that all work taken from other
sources is properly acknowledged. Use this wording on the 2nd page of each report :

SIS Program: Process


Academic Department has the right to deny any students request
for SIS program if he/she does not obey the rules and regulations of
the said program.
Responsibilities of SIS Program (Students)
Students must follow and obey to all regulations specified in the
class room by the respective lecturer.
Students attending SIS program are required to be present until the
end of the respective class.
Any violation of policy of SIS Program by a student calls for sanctions
from the Academic Department based on the observation of the
lecturer in the said class.
