some strategic consultancy to
small operators and MVNOs and
here I started diverting from core
techie to real growth. I realized
good tech is just one thing for an
organization to grow. For real
growth you need strategy. Latter I
sold LEOSOFT to Serve Global
llc. And Merged it

David Chinu You have not been
hired as an Engineer, you have
not been hired either as a
manager or a director, You have
been hired as an entrepreneur.
And they strive hard with no hard
feelings. I proved myself! UIC
had been a brand in MVNO in
Dallas, Texas. An Idea formulated
by me became a big bang of that
time. I was the chief Techie, I was
the Chiefe Marketer finally I was
the chief strategist. Understanding
new technology had never been a
problem for me I updated myself
and then the team and got it
implemented the way I wanted.
Things expanded now to ideation,
formulation, implementation, and
marketing and laisoning. In fact
now I work on what may come
basis. Working on telecom and
Energy Projects.

Ideabulls
Each organization I joined gave me emence opportunity to learn and contribute to the
organizational growth, hence I owe thanks to each of those. The decision to have a change has
been taken after a very holistic thought process.
My key Strengths:
I am always ready to take up the new challenges, I am dedicated in any situation personal and professional,

My key weakness:
I have a hard time letting a project go or sharing a task with others because Im always convinced that I
can do it all on my own and that asking for help will be taken as a sign of weakness.
My thoughts summerised:
Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear
beginning, middle, yet end well. Business is similar.
