A CERTIFIED ‘LIAR’
SEN. Manuel Bamba Villar concocts lies to mislead the
public about his participation in shady deals, former Presi-
dent Joseph Estrada said yesterday.

loan that will finance the reha-
bilitation of infrastructure dam-
aged by last year's tropical storm
“Ondoy” and “Pepeng.”
In a statement, the Japan In-
ternational Cooperation Agency
(JICA) said the loan amounted to
P5-billion (9.9 billion Japanese
yen) for the Post Ondoy and
Pepeng Short-Term Infrastructure

8,000 students per school
year from 2010 to 2011,

implementation of the
program covered the train-
ing of some 35 teachers
and about 1,000 students
that benefited from the re-
integration of Spanish
language in the basic cur-
riculum.

FEU grabs 7 championships of 72nd UAAP season
FOR Far Eastern University
(FEU), the holistic development
and well-being of its students

sports activities, knowing that
these help to instill discipline,
hard work, determination and
a sense of sportsmanship

As proof of the dedication
of FEU coaches and students,
the university recently won
