describedasthesilentcreationoftheBullyState.And,finally
why?Whentheotherquestionsareponderedandanswered,one
naggingquestionremains.SincetheOfficeoftheInspector
Generalwasspecificallycreatedtoinvestigatewasteandfraud
byindividualemployeesinthefederalgovernment,whywould
theIGforanyfederalagencyneedaSWATteam?
Ifthereeverwasanydoubt,atanytimeinthepast,it'snowclear
thatAmericacannolongertrustitelectedrepresentativesoneither
sideoftheaisle.AsCongressfranticallyseekswaystolimitthe
privateownershipofgunsintheUnitedStates(aConstitutionally
protectedright)whiletryingtolookliketheyarefightingtopreserve
thatright,itappearstohavenoprobleminfact,itseemstobe
workingunderasenseofurgencytoarmeveryagencyof
governmentasifitwasanticipatingacitizenrebellionatany
moment.

governmentemployeeswhoviolatethepublictrust,buttoterrorize
UScitizenswithostentatiousshowsofbruteforcedesignedto
intimidatethemintosubmission.ThisisreminiscentofAdolph
Hitler'sBrownShirtsthatbulliedtheGermanpeopleonHitler'srise
toabsolutepower.MakesyouwonderjustwhoseBrownShirtsthe
DepartmentofEducation'sBlackShirtsare.
Whichiswhy,whenABCChannel10NewsinStockton,California
brokewhatbecamealeadingnationalstoryaboutaDepartmentof
EducationSWATteambreakingintothehomeofsomeone
suspectedofstudentloanfraud,Americawasshocked.Whenthe
mediareportedthatitwasanEducationDepartmentSWATTeam
thatbrokedownKennethWright'sfrontdoor,thereactionwentfrom
increduloustodisbelief.AndtheChannel10videonewsclipwent

viral.
Americawasunawarethatwhenthe108thCongress
armedwhatAmericaviewedasinstitutionalized
bureaucrats,theInspectorGeneral'sbeancounter
wererequiredtogothroughthesameintensiveSpecial
Forcesmilitaryassaultlawenforcementtrainingthat
federalandStateSWATteamsgothrough.Why?
Doesthefederalgovernmentbelievethatthenation'semployees
whoaredefraudingtheiragenciesaredangerousthugswhocanonly
besubduedbyexcessiveforce?Ofcoursenot.Theybelieve
conspiracyorientedcitizensoftheUnitedStatesare.In1993the
SouthernPovertyLawCenter,viewedbythefarleftasthemost
authoritativesourceinthecountryonrightwingfanaticismissueda
72pageWhitePaperbrandingconservativeAmericansasenemies
oftheState.Thereport,FalsePatriots:TheThreatofAnti
GovernmentExtremistsdeclaredthat"...thePatriotmovementisa
potpourrioftheAmericanright,frommembersoftheChristian
CoalitiontotheKuKluxKlan."TheSouthPovertyLawCenternow
claimsthereare1,020conservativehategroupsoperatinginthe
UnitedStates.
Today,18yearsafterthat72pagereport,returningveteransfrom
IraqandAfghanistanaregroupedwiththeChristianrightandthose
whoopposetheshari'azationofAmerica,asthreatstodemocracy.
Fromthatperspective,it'snowonderthesocialprogressivefederal
bureaucracyarearmingthemselveswithgovernmentedictsas
America'spoliticiansselltheirsoulstotheprincesofindustryandthe
baronsofbanking.TheyarebothworriedabouttheAmericanpeople

and,perhap,withreason.
WhiletheUSDepartmentofEducationinsistedtheraidat3243
JonathenStreetinStockton,Californiaat6a.m.onTuesday,June7
wasnotaboutcollectingunpaidstudentloansbutwasabout
searchingforevidenceofstudentloanfraud,theearlymorningraid
remainstroublingbecauseevenifthiswasacriminalinvestigation
forsuspectedstudentloanapplicationfraud,theagentsofthe
InspectorGeneral'sOfficefortheDepartmentofEducationusedtoo
muchforceandheadsneedtorollfortheNaziBrownShirt
domesticterrorismtacticsoftheObamaAdministration.Boththe
HouseEducationandLaborCommitteeandtheSenate
SubcommitteeonLabor,Health,HumanServices,and
Educationneedtofullyinvestigatethisincidenttofindoutwho,
besidestheSecretaryofEducationandtheheadofthe
InspectorGeneral'sOfficeoftheEducationDepartmentneedto
befiredandforceObamatofirethemunderthreatof
impeachmentforusingGestapotacticsagainsttheAmericanpeople.
TheUnitedStatesisnotNaziGermany.NorisittheSovietUnion,
thePeople'sRepublicofChina,Cuba,NorthKoreaoranynumberof
bananarepublicsorMuslimtheocraciesthatusedomesticterrorism
tokeeptheirpopulationsinsubmission.UndertheUSruleoflaw,our
governmentdoesnothavetheauthoritytoterrorizeitspeopleand,
whenevertheydo,theultimateauthorityoverthosefollowingthe
ordersandthosewhoissuedthemneedstobefiredand
prosecuted.AsIsaid,thisisnotNaziGermany.BarackHussein
ObamaisnowemulatingAdolphHitlerwhilepretendingtobe
FranklinD.Rooseveltwhenwhatheis,isaChicagostreetactivist
whoiscompletelyoutsidehiselementofexpertisewhenitcomesto

solvingtheproblemsofthisnationandtheworld.Obama,sadly,has
surroundedhimselfwithotherineptsocialprogressiveactivistswho
arealsooutoftheirareasofexpertise.Thisisaworstcasescenario
exampleoftheblindleadingtheblind.And,what'smostscary,the
restofusaresittingintheObamaMovieTheaterwithalloftheexit
doorslockedandwithsomeoneelseabouttoscream"Fire!"
Okay.NowthatIhavethatoffmychest,let'slookatthe
constitutionallyprohibitedbutfederaljudgesanctioned"rapand
ram"forcibleentrysearchwarrantissuedtoagentsofthe
DepartmentofEducationtoenterandsearchKennethWright's
homeonJonathenStreet.
Beforecontinuing,itshouldbenotedthattheUSSupremeCourt
authorized"rapandram"entrieswhenpolicehaveevidencethatthe
suspectsinthedwellinghavequantitiesofillegaldrugswhichthey
willdisposeofifpolicehavetowaitforthemtocometothedoor.
And,second,wherepolicehavereasontobelievetheoccupantsof
thedwellingarearmedanddangerous,andwaitingforsomeoneto
answerthedoorwouldposearisktothelivesofthepoliceofficers.
Theoretically,policearen'tsupposedto'rapandram"simultaneously.
Thelegalnotionwastogivetheoccupantareasonableamountof
timetoreach,andopen,thedoorwhilemakingtheassumptionthata
normalOlympicmarathonrunnershouldbeabledothatinfive
secondsflateventhoughitmighttakeafatherofthree,sleepingina
bedroomupstairs,oneortwominutesormoretodescendthestairs
andgettothefrontdoorbeforeabatteringramdestroyedit.
ParticularlyinthisinstancewheretheIGagentsknewthe"suspect"
inthehousewasn'tdisposingofillegaldrugs,hidingacacheof

counterfeitmoney,orplottingtoblowuptheWhiteHouse.They
suspectedhiswifeoffalsifyinganapplicationforastudentloan.That
issomethingasanegovernmentsendsoneIGagentandalocal
policeofficertoinvestigateand,ifneeded,toexerciseasearch
warrant.
Bytheway.IwonderifitmeansanythingthatBarackObamasigned
legislationonMarch30,2010whichendeda45yearoldprogram
underwhichbanksandprivatesectorlenderslikeSallieMae
receivedfederalsubsidiesformakinggovernmentguaranteed
collegeloansandwherethefederalgovernmentwasaminority
shareholderintheloan?EffectiveJuly1lastyear,theUS
DepartmentofEducation,whichbeganmakingstudentloansunder
theFederalFamilyEducationLoanProgramin1994,assumed100%
ofthem.Underthe1965federalstudentloanprogram,therateof
interestchargedbybanksandotherprivatesectorlenderswas8.5%
whiletheDepartmentofEducationloanswerefinancedat7.9%.
WhentheDepartmentofEducationtookoverthestudentloan
program,theyassuredborrowerstheywillcontinuetogetthesame
loansincludingStaffordLoansforstudentsandPlusLoansfor
parentsandgraduatestudentsonlargelythesameterms.Onlythe
DepartmentofEducationhasamoresophisticatedcollectionsystem.
RegardlessiftheearlymorningraidonKennethWright'shomewas
aboutunpaidstudentloansoranattemptbyMichelleWright,the
estrangedwifeofthehome'soccupant,todefraudthegovernment
byprovidingthemwithinaccurateorevenblatantlyfalseinformation
whensheappliedforastudentloan,thegovernmentdidnotneedto
dowhatneighborssaidhappened.

Atleastadozenfederalagentscrashedthroughhisfrontdoor.They
draggedWrightoutofthehouseinhisboxershortsandaTshirt,
handcuffedhimandthrewhimtothegroundbeforefinallyputting
himinthebackseatofapolicecarwhereheremainedforsome6
hours.But,onceagain,themostshockingstatementinthebizarre
medianewsreportwaswhoseSWATteamitwas.Thearmedfederal
agents,StocktonChannel10ABCNewsreported,wereagentsfrom
theUSDepartmentofEducation.Andrememberthisjustbecause
Congressauthorizessomethingdoesnotnecessarilymeantheir
actionsareConstitutional.Rememberthisalso.TwoUSDistrict
CourtsfoundprovisionsinthePatientProtectionandAffordableCare
Actof2010tobeunconstitutional,andathreejudgepanelofthe
11thCircuitCourtofAppealsisnowweighingtheconstitutionalityof
Obamacare.
Wheneverythingelseissaidanddone,thequestiontossed
aboutoverthelastdecadeortwobytheSouthernPovertyLaw
Center'sdesignatedrightwingextremists:"HasAmerica
becomeapolicestate?"mayhavebeenansweredonJune7.
WiththeenactmentoftheUnitingandStrengtheningAmericaby
ProvidingToolsRequiredtoInterceptandObstructTerrorismAct
[USAPatriotAct]Congressbeganthecoverttaskofdismantlingthe
BillofRightsbymakingtheinherentrightsofUScitizensconditioned
ontheneedsandmandatesofgovernment.Withthereauthorization
ofthePatriotActonMay26,2011,Congressdroveastakethrough
theheartoftheBillofRights,violatingsixofthefirst10
amendments:the1st,4th,5th,6th,7thand8thAmendments.
AmericashouldhaveheededthewordsoftheFoundingFathers,
particularlyThomasPainewhosaid:"Itisthedutyofthepatriotto
protecthiscountryfromitsgovernment."

a.m.onTuesday,June7.Ironically,theDepartmentofEducation
waseducatingthemassesofAmericatofeartheirgovernment
morethanthegovernmentfearsthem.And,ofcourse,condition
themtoobeytheedictsofgovernmentwithoutquestioning
whetherornottheyareconstitutional..
