Registration Schedule April 7, 2016
The term EPC Covenant Family Children refers
to children whose parents are members of EPC,
who have signed the Covenant Family Agreement. Continuing conformance to the requirements of the agreement allows these families
registration priority and discounted tuition.
The term EPC Member Children refers to
children whose parents are members of EPC,
but are not participating in the Covenant Family
Agreement opportunity. Children of nonconforming Covenant Families would also fall into
this category.
**All sessions are random selection**

Lets give a great welcome to Brian Marsh and his family,


wife, Marya, and son, Connor, (age 6)! Brian will be the
associate pastor for evangelism and membership, and
young adults, and will supervise the youth directors.
There will be a link in Fridays E-News to sign up for a
day to provide the Marsh family with a meal as they get
settled in Columbia. You can take a home-cooked meal,
or a gift certificate to a local restaurant like Tazikis, Pasta
Fresca, or a grocery store with a prepared food selection,
such as The Fresh Market or Whole Foods. No shrimp
please. Call 706-306-7799 for specifics on where and
when. Easter Sunday will be their first Sunday at EPC.
(Reverend Marshs Installation will be on May 22, followed
by a reception after the 11:15 a.m. services.)

Sr. Highs will attend the Fun in the Son Youth


Conference at Hilton Head, July 17-22. Cost:
$430 for the 1st 10 to register. After that the
cost goes up to $460. A deposit of $100 is
due by March 28.

Jr. Highs will attend the Montreat MS Conference, Work in Progress, at Maryville College
in Maryville, TN. (This replaces The Great
Escape) July 20-24. Cost: $425. A deposit of
$212.50 is due by March 31.

Retreats:

Sr. Highswill be attending Salkehatchie


Summer Service in Aiken, SC, June 18-25.
Cost is $250. A $50 deposit is required to
hold your spot and is due by March 31. To

Jr. Highs will go on amission trip to Savannah, GA, June 26-July1 via YOUTHWORKS.
Cost is $340. A $100 deposit isnow due.
