QRS (Questionnaire on residential satisfaction) (Amerigo et al 1997)

The QRS is divided into 4 sections :


1- The aim of the this section is to obtain perceived environmen- tal quality indices through the evaluation of a set of attributes related to the
neighbourhood, the house, and the neighbours .Theitemstobeevaluatedareformulatedonanordinalscale,withthesubjectbeingrequiredto

quantifyhowhe/sheperceivesthefeature(alot,quitealot,alittle,ornotatall)inhis/herownresidentialenvironment.
2 Thesecondsectionaimstodeterminethesubjectssatisfactionwiththeirresidentialenvironment.Themeasureofresidentialsatisfactionis

obtainedthroughquestionswhichask,directlyorindirectly,aboutthedegreeofthesubjectssatisfactionwiththeirneighbourhood,house,
andneighbours.
3 Thethirdpartcollectssociodemographicandpersonalcharacteristicswhichpreviousresearchinthisfieldhasprovedtoberelevant.
4 thefourthsectionreferstothebehaviouralaspect,andincludesquestionsrelatingtotheconductofindividualsintheirresidential
environment
