DESCRIPTION
Relocation of pipe chase at 8th floor amenity near the fire
exit 2 as per reflected at the FCD of plumbing and sanitary.
This is the relocation of vertical pipe that may obstruct at the podium parking area.
Provision of mechanical chase at roof deck and machine
room for the relocation of smoke evacuation blower from
penthouse utility area to service deck for the exhaust
at residential hallway and the relocation of fire exit door 2 at roof deck.

Revisions of fire exit 1 at mezzanine podium to 6th floor

podium. This is to prevent obstruction at the fire exit stairs
during emergency incidents.
