Sigunit D is suitable for dry spray gunite mixes of both mortar and concrete such as
those required for:

Sigunit D reacts in the mix to assist the hydration process, resulting in greatly
accelerated strength development within the first 24 hours. Other benefits include:

Dispensing
The required quantity of Sigunit D is added to the dry sand / cement or dry sand /
cement / chippings at the last moment, for example at the mixing rotor.
Cleaning of Tools
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Notes on Application /
Limitations
Rates of set for gunite mixes are slowed down when using cold materials or when
spraying onto cold substrates.
The type and age of the cement could also be an influencing factor. Therefore, it is
advisable to carry out trial mixes to determine the correct dosage rate.
