LEASE-DEED

This Deed of Lease made and executed at Pune on this _______ day of December

the LESSEE/MEMBER

expression shall , unless therebe anything repugnant to the subject or contrary to context
,mean and include their heirs ,executors ,administrators and assigns ) PARTY OF THE
SECOND PART.

WHEREAS The party of the first part is an owner of land admeasuring about
_________ lying and being situated at survey no 46 (part) ,Survey No 62 ( part)
admeasuring about _________ sq mtrs

situated at village Kondhwa Khurd ,Taluka

Haveli ,District Pune ,situated within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation and within
the Jurisdiction of Sub-registrar ,Haveli NO 1 to 20 .
ANDWHEREAS The party of the first part purchased the said land

vide

registered sale Deed which was duly registered in the office of sub-registrar ,Haveli No
____ , dated ________ under serial No _______________.
ANDWHEREAS At relevant time the party of the first part prepared layout in
respect of their entire land and submitted the same in the office of Collector ,Pune,
District Pune for approval .
ANDWHEREAS That by order dated _________ the Additional Collector, Pune
was pleased to sanction the layout in respect of the entire land of

the party of the first

part .
ANDWHEREAS After the approval of the sanction layout the party of the first
part allotted the plots from the said sanction layout to its members .
ANDWHEREAS With a view to confer better title to its members in respect
of the plots out of the sanctioned layout the party of the first part have now decided to
execute and

register present lease Deed in favour of its members in respect of the plots

which was duly allotted to its members .


ANDWHEREAS The parties hereto had due deliberations and discussions and
as a consequences

thereof they have reached an understanding which they have

decided to reduce into writing ;


NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows :1.

That the lessor does hereby

grant and confer a lease for a period of 990

years in respect of the property

bearing plot No ____________ admeasuring

about ________ which property is more fully and particularly described

in the

schedule hereunder written .

That

the period

of the

lease will be 990 years and which shall commence

from today .
3.

That the lease rent is agreed at Rs one per year and the same shall be paid
by the lessee unto the lessor before 10th day of every year.

4.

That the lessor has delivered the actual possession unto the lessee at the time
of execution of thee presents .

5.

The lessee doth hereby

expressly

covenant

with the lessor

f) That the lessee will throughout

the said term hereby granted at his own

interruption by the lessor or any person claiming under him.
