On the market since 2003, Powerbags are a totally functional use anywhere soft to touch weight system, they are lled with sand that ows within the
bag and two nylon easy grip webbing handles provide grips for lifting. Contents are held securely within two inner bags. Powerbags are made of a
unique blend of tough nylon lined material.
The design of Powerbags makes them very comfortable to train with, the soft construction spreads the load when they are on the shoulders allowing
more dynamic and aggressive movements than with traditional weights. Powerbags can be dropped safely and used on almost any surface inside or
outdoors. With Powerbags, wherever you wish to train becomes your gym. Many sports teams use Powerbags on the pitch, track, court, beach or
poolside, to train alongside their technical sessions. They are both safe and versatile. If you wish to travel abroad with them sand can be emptied and
they can be relled on location.
Although initially developed for use in elite sport where they became highly favoured for their effectiveness and versatility and used by the England Rugby
World cup winning squad, they were formally adopted by our armed forces and trialled at DMRC (Defence services medical rehabilitation centre) Headley
Court in early 2006. Powerbags went onto be used in Iraq and on Op Herrick,
Afganistan not only with deployed medical rehabilitation teams (DMRT) but also utilised by the Royal Marines and Parachute Regiments as part of their
physical training resources in theatre. There are currently over 4000 Powerbags being used by the Royal Navy,Royal Marines,Army and RAF globally.

Since securing Worldwide Rights to the Powerbag brand 3 years ago Leisure Lines has introduced several improvements and are now
manufacturing design variant No:19, this includes several new registered designs & Patents to protect the brand from cheap imitations. Leisure
Lines never stand still constantly innovating and improving products, keeping one step ahead of competitiors, Powerbag is the original and
best soft weight system on the market. The introduction of a new brand identity now differentiates the latest design from previous models.
Powerbag may appear to be a simple product in many ways it is, we call this simplexity however, new specially formulated materials and
construction methods are utilized in its production to improve performance and durability.

Powerbags are used by the armed forces wherever they go, on board ship, or even in operational areas.

SCHOOLS
Powerbags provide a great exercise package for schools. A 2004 study at LJM University into resistance exercise for young
people made the following recommendations: All young people should be encouraged to participate in safe and effective
resistance exercise at least twice a week. And that resistance exercise should be part of a balanced exercise and physical
education programme. Powerbags provide a means of providing that important service within schools. We have many schools
using Powerbags within the curriculum and also as a key part of preparation for sports. We have developed a Schools manual
as part of the schools package that shows how Powerbags can be used as part of the schools curriculum.

SPORT
Elite sports teams often travel with them empty and then ll them in-situ on training camps. Many sports teams actually use
Powerbags on the pitch, track, court, beach or poolside, to train alongside their technical sessions. They also became highly
favoured for their effectiveness and versatility and used by the England Rugby World cup winning squad.

TRAINING
Powerbags are often used by personal trainers as they travel well, can be taken into any environment and the exercises you can
do with Powerbags are almost limitless. Powerbags are also ideal for home training as once nished, rather than being left with
hard weights you have to store, you have a soft bag that does not catch ankles and stores easily.

is modular offering great exibility in one product.

POWERBAG PT

This next generation Powerbag training system

incorporates dual fuel cells as its key feature. In essence
this means it can incorporate either 2 water lled options
or any combination of three sand lled cells, thus giving
massively increased exibility to the user in weight from
6-25kg and in training effect. All Cell options are interchangeable. PT Powerbags are one size, the same as a
conventional 20 or 25kg Bag.

WHAT IS

Utilizes either sand or water (hydro) as ll or resistance system. The dynamic training effect between these natural materials is
signicant.
When you buy a Powerbag PT both standard and Multi Cells are included Sand/Hydro tubes & Hydro soft Cell are optional
extras.

ARMOUR

As part of the continued development of the Powerbag range, Leisure Lines have also developed the Powerbag Armour; a very exible sand
bag with multiple handles and attachment points.
We have designed the Powerbag Armour to be very light, and also very exible when lled with sand. We have achieved this by avoiding the
addition of a foam lining. This ensures that the Powerbag Armour will contour to the shape of the body and will also be very much more
awkward to lift than the traditional Powerbag. Thus very much reecting the demands of a sandbag, but with the knowledge that it is tough,
robust and leak resistant and a high quality product that our customers expect from a Powerbag product.
Not only does the Powerbag Armour have multiple handles allowing for many lifting variations during training, but also has capacity to attach
to ropes or other systems with its carabineer tting.
We highly recommend the Powerbag Armour for those looking for a more typical sandbag feel than the traditional Powerbag, but also for
those who wish to travel, as Armour is very low volume when full and packs away to an extremely small size when empty.
Powerbag Armour is made with a very hard wearing cordura material and is lled with sand direct into the body of the product using a triple
level seal to ensure there is not leakage.
