-) A training course on kinds of violence against Syrian child mainly sexual violence,
methods of prevention, protection and treatment. Session emphasizes the importance
of training children in order to protect themselves and the importance of reporting all
what might have exposed abuses. The session focused on the importance of reporting
of all incidents whether they occurred or not, whether it was the fact unlikely to occur.

Dr. Mohamad Azzam F. Sekheta has till now more than 60 published papers, manuscript
and/or scientific article (as main or corresponding Author) and that mainly in cooperation
with Belgrade University (Serbia), R&D department at my own establishment Sekheta Bros
Co. (Syria), University of Parma & Torino (Italy) and with some other organizations in UAE
and KSA. Most these papers and articles are published in internationally recognized journals
worldwide but mainly in the USA and EU.
Since the year 1980 till now, Dr Mohamad Azzam F. Sekheta has been participating actively
in more than 55 Local (Serbian & Syrian), European and International Symposium or
conference related to wide range of topics concerning Health, Food safety (Codex
Alimentarius, HACCP and ISO 22000) and as a qualified trainer in soft management issues, I

delivered many training courses including Organizational Behavior, Excellence, Team work,
Communication Skills and much more.
Besides, a lot of scientific and field research contributions in charity and humanitarian field
has being done by our team, aimed to welfare and protection of children without parental
care, orphans, children of war and others and to identify the psychological and behavioral
problems they might have together with the study of different cases, writing reports and refer
cases to the relevant organizations. In addition to that, we determine the problems and make
a risk assessment in orphanages and shelters, camps and others in order to deliver
appropriate proposals and suggestions
Due to the circumstances currently prevailing in the Middle East and what ails of problems
and wars, I have been focusing on issues related to displacement and all what it acquires of
awareness in order to serve refugees and give proper aid to each person who was subjected
to shock or harm. Besides, I am concern on developing helpful tasks for the volunteers in
order how to deal properly with the refugee especially elderly people, women and children
and perhaps how to identify the cases and what are the protection needs and other risks and
whether there is a need for referral to other agency.
Till today, dr. Sekheta has more than 400 training days (about 2000 training hours) delivered
mostly to the governmental sector and to private sector in Syria and many of the neighboring
countries in the region.
Dr. Mohamad Azzam F. Sekheta ima do sada preko 60 objavljenih artikala, rukopisa i/ili
naucnih radova (kao glavni ili odgovorni Autor), uglavnom u saradnji sa Univerzitetom u
Beogradu (Srbija ), R & D odeljenja njegove vlastite firme Sekheta Bros Company sa
seditem u Alep-u (Sirija), Univerzitetom u Parmi i Torino (Italija) kao i sa nekim drugim
organizacijama u UAE i KAS. Veina ovih radova i clanaka su objavljeni u casopisima
medjunarodno priznatih irom sveta, uglavnom u SAD i EU.
Od 1980. godine pa sve do sada, dr Mohamad Azzam F Sekheta aktivno ucestvovao u vie od
55 lokalnih (Srpskih i Sirijskih) evropskih i medjunarodnih simpozijuma ili konferencija u vezi
sa irokim spektrom tema koje se odnose na zdravlje i bezbednost hrane (Kodeks
Alimentarius, HACCP i ISO 22000) i kao kvalifikovani trener u nekim pitanjima upravljanja.
Prezentovao sam vie tecajeva za obuku iz te oblasti, ukljucujuci Organizaciono ponaanje,
izuzetnost, timski rad, vestine komunikacije i mnogo vie.
Osim toga, mnogo naucnih i terenskih istraivanja kao i doprinosa u dobrotvorne svrhe i
humanitranom radu je uradjeno od strane naeg tima, ciji je cilj da pobrine I zatiti decu bez

roditeljskog staranja, kao i decu bez roditelja, decu rata i drugim, da se identifikuju
psiholoki. Ponaanja i problemi bi mogli imati zajedno sa studijima razlicitih slucajeva,
pisanjem izvetaja i upucivanjem ovih slucajeva relevantnim organizacijama. Pored toga, mi
proucavamo probleme i radimo procene rizika u sirotitima, sklonitima, kampovima i na
drugim mestima u cilju ostvarivanja odgovarajucih predloga i sugestija za poboljanje
njihovog rada.
Zbog okolnosti koje trenutno vladaju na Bliskom istoku i problema koji su nastali zbog
ratova, bio sam okupiran radeci na pitanjima vezanim za raseljavanje i stanovnitva i sve ono
to je vezano za znanje ili percepciju njihove situacije, da bi mogli da pruimo odgovarajucu
pomoc svakoj osobi koja je imala povredu ili ok, usled navedene situacije. Pored toga, jako
sam zainteresovan za razvoj korisnih vetina i dodatnog znanja kod volontera, kako bi mogli
pravilno da postupaju prema izbeglicama, a posebno prema starijim osobama, enama i deci,
kao i to da lake identifikuju slucajeve, gde su potrebne eventualne zatite i drugi rizici i da
mogu, sa sigurnocu, da procene da li ima potrebe za njihovim upucivanjem u druge
ageancije.
Do Danas, Dr. Sekheta ima iza sebe preko 400 dana obuke (oko 2000 sati obuke) dostavljena
uglavnom u oficijalnom (dravnom) sektoru kao I u privatnom sektoru u Siriji i u mnogim
susednim zemljama u regijonu.
