Directly coordinated the simultaneous replacement of four elevators, complete elegant lobby
renovation, iT perimeter access systems and installed a street level fire control room for a
280,000 sq. ft. Class A building on Pennsylvania Ave. Capital Improvement cost $6+ mil.
Execute and prepare legal notices, collections (collections down to <3%) and promote positive
tenant relations. Over 200 tenants represented. Three buildings are exclusively occupied by
GSA clients. Intense security features include high resolution cameras, bio metrics, glass
coatings and strict restricted access. Creation of rooftop terraces with greenspaces.
Ongoing staff development and periodic employee evaluations. Mentor training encouraging
best practices. Promote ongoing employee professional development. BOMI, IREM.
Numerous tenant appreciation initiatives. Promotions and emergency conditions protocol.
Construction/Broker Experience
Full floor to suite space build outs, from leasing to satisfactory delivery of occupied space.
Renewed an entire GSA occupied building (DOJ) based on fiscal performance. (180K sq. ft.)
Calculate costs of buildout and demonstrate exponential ROI. Focus on tenant synergy.
Construction of four data centers and converting additional useable space to two GSA
Agencies. Two data Centers require elevated clearance to access. Redundant UPS.
Maintaining rigorous critical pathing and regular contractor progress meetings for projects.
