OBJECTIVES

To access the plans and points framed under the Jan Dhan Yojna.
The prime objective of the study will be to understand
the prime points covered under the scheme. The report will also try to
understand the feasibility of the major points covered under it.

To understand the requirement of Jan Dhan Yojna for India.


This report will try to understand the requirement of
Jan Dhan Yojna as a financial inclusion programme. It would also be
accessed why the government needed this financial inclusion programme
at such a large scale.
To understand the current status of financial inclusion in India.
This report will also focus on the current state of
various other financial inclusion programme in the country and would
also try to compare them with the Jan Dhan Yojna to find the state of it in
comparison of other financial inclusion programmes.
To access the future prospect of Jan Dhan Yojna.
This report will try to determine the future course of
Jan Dhan Yojna and will also take into account the further prospects of it
in the Indian Economy.
To determine the impact of Jan Dhan Yojna on the Indian Economy
and also on the various government welfare schemes.
Through this report I will also try to ascertain the
various impact of Jan Dhan Yojna on the Indian Economy and the Indian
Banking system. The report will also put light over the effect of it on
various other Government schemes.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

The required information would be collected through various means such


as Questionnaires, Interviews etc. Questions related to various banking
and non-discreet financial information would be sought from the
respondents.
The prime focus of gathering information through primary sources
is to get the first hand information regarding the subject matter.
As the topic of the study involves various government
plans and policies, brief information will be sought from the concerned
authorities regarding the subject matter.
Also for secondary information, the source would be various journals,
books and others.

LIMITATIONS
The prime limitation would be, as the financial information is sought
from the respondents, some respondents may be sceptical on revealing
their financial information.

Though responses from people from different background will be sought


but there may be differences as most respondents may belong to a
particular segment only.
For secondary sources various pre conducted research would be
approached, so there may be chances of duplication.

There could be chances of information mismatch as most of the data


would be collected through primary sources only.
