LEASE AGREEMENT FOR EXECUTION BETWEEN OWNER & ERRA

This Lease Agreement is made at Battal on 1 st Jan 2016 between Mr. Shah Jahan Khan owner of ERRA office Battal holding NIC
No. 17301-525-9019-7 here in after called the Lessor (which terms shall mean and include his heirs, successors, administrators and
legal representatives and/or assignees of the one part.
AND
Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Prime Ministers Secretariat through Lt Col Ijaz Shinwari Zonal Director,
PST Abbottabad KPK, here in after called the Lessee (which terms shall mean and include his heirs, successors legal
representative, administrators and/or assignees) of the other part.
Whereas the Lessor above named is the sole and absolute Owner of Gul Rang House situated at Battal and has agreed
to rent out the said premises and the lessee has agreed to have it on rental basis under the following terms and conditions:1.

That this lease agreement should be deemed to be effective from 1 st January 2016 till 31st January 2016 extendable by
mutual understanding.
That monthly rent of the said house has been mutually agreed upon at the rate of 45,000 (rupees forty five thousand
only).
That the lessee shall keep the said premises in good condition and in case of any lose or damage to any item of the said
premises because of the lessee, the lessee shall be liable to repair or replace the same at his own cost.
That the responsibility of the major repairs rest with the lesser while the minor maintenance act will be the responsibility of
the lease.
That the lessee will not make any structure addition or alteration or to sub let it or its portion without permission of the
lesser and he will use the said premises only for his own purposes.
That one month prior notice should be given by either side in case the said premises are vacated before expiry of the
lease period.
That the lessee shall pay regularly all the utility bills of gas, water and electricity etc to the concerned departments during
the periods of his stay in the said premises and will show the receipts of the said bills to the lesser (if desired by the
lesser).
That the lesser is liable to equip the said premises with all the electrical, drainage and sewerage fixtures as demanded by
the lessee.
The lessee shall on termination of the lease period, return the premises in the same condition as they were when the
lease was agreed duly cleaned.
In Witnesses where of both the parties have signed this lease agreement in presence of the following witness on the day,
month and year mentioned above.
