Complete dosing and mixing line for nectar preparation from fruit puree. We can provide lines both

Jampreparationline
Completelineforjampreparation;coreofthelineisthecookingsystemwhichcanbeundervacuumby

Finalpasteurizationtreatment
For the thermal treatment of packaged product, we propose pasteurization tanks of different capacity
(from150to1000L),heatedbyelectricity(onlyforsmallestmodels),bygasorsteam.
Formediumhighproduction(morethan800/1000units)werealizeautomatictunnelofpasteurization.

CIP
Itiswellknownthatthecleaningandthesanitationoffoodplantsisveryimportant.Aboutthiswepropose
acleaninginplacesystem(CIP).

Dryers
We produce batch dryers to process tomatoes, fruits and vegetables. Available in different models, also
pilotonesforsmallproduction.

Pomegranatedestammermachines
Weproducepomegranatedestammer,incaseequippedwithprechopper,withcapacityfrom3tons/h.

MULTIFUNCTIONALBENCH

Followingthegrowingofsmallandcompactplantforfoodpreparationdemand,wehavedesignedamulti
functionbenchforjam,marmalade,tomatosauceandsauces.
Itisenoughasinglebenchtosetupalaboratory,infactwithLAB50youcancook,concentrateandmix,
undervacuumorinatmosphereconditions,blanchingfruitandvegetables,dosingtheproductstillwarm,
andpasteurizefullandcappedvessels.
Thebenchiscomposedofthreesection:

abasinfortheundervacuumcookingcompletewithanagitator,thatofferssignificantadvantages
intermsofalittleoxidationoftheproductandcolourkeeping;

asectiontodosetheproductcomingfromthefirstsection;

apasteurizertankwhich,asallowingthethermaltreatmentofthevessels,couldbeusedtoblanch
fruitandvegetablesusingabasketwithspecialholes.

Acontrolpanelallowsyoutosetalltheparametersandsaverecipes.
Thebenchisheatedbyelectricityanditisplacedonwheels.Thatallowsinstallingtheunitwhereveryou
want,alsoinruralareas.
It is also possible to realize a fixed version of the machine, that, in this case, will be connected to an
externalsteamplant.
