Price and product information statement

This information statement presents a summary of the tariff and terms applicable to
this offer. AGL has a range of products and tariffs available for different meter types
and customer needs. If more than one Price and Product Information Statement has
appeared it is because different electricity distributors (who are responsible for the
electricity poles, wires and meters in your area) service your postcode. For customers
with a smart meter you also have the option of selecting from a single rate, two rate,
time of use (TOU) or flexible pricing structure. If you would like further information or

AGL FixedTM Energy Plan

PRODUCT DETAILS

2% double up discount. This discount only applies if you have both an active electricity account and
an active gas account with AGL in the same name, at the same supply address at the time of billing.
The discount will appear as a separate credit on your bill. This discount only applies to our energy
usage charges and does not apply to energy supply charges, demand charges or AGL Green Choice
charges.
$25 credit. The first bill credit is only available when signup occurs via agl.com.au. This one-off (GST
incl.) credit will appear as a separate credit on your first bill. Your credit applies only in conjunction
with this AGL offer and is not transferrable.
Evergreen with energy plan period. Your market contract has no fixed term. However, at the end
of your 2 year energy plan period, you will be placed on a new energy plan. We will notify you if there
are any differences between these plans.
Price changes. The fixed energy rates are different to our Standard Retail Contract rates and will not
change for the duration of the Energy Plan Period. Fees and other charges can be varied under the
terms of your market contract.

Peak period applies 3pm to 9pm Monday to Friday. Shoulder period applies 7am to 3pm and 9pm to 10pm Monday to
Friday, and 7am to 10pm on weekends. Off-Peak period applies 10pm to 7am every day. Summer rates apply
October to March inclusive. Winter rates apply at all other times. Daylight savings time applies during daylight
savings period.
^ Applicable to customers who have separately metered consumption, for example: storage water heaters or
thermal storage space heaters. The hours of application are determined by your Distributor.

AGL GREEN CHOICETM OPTIONS:


You have the option of AGL Green Choice products, which means that for an additional charge we will
source electricity equal to the relevant percentage of your entire household consumption from renewable
energy generators. AGL Green Choice products are accredited under the National GreenPower
Accreditation Program.

the United Energy Distribution Pty Ltd distribution area with a remotely read smart meter.

If you pay a bill using a payment method that results in us incurring a merchant services fee
(including payment by credit card) you may be charged a 0.6% payment processing fee.
Other charges relating to your meter or supply address may apply under this Energy Plan. See the
Fee Schedule and General Terms.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The initial charges set out in this product and price information statement are based on available
information and assumptions about your distribution region and network tariff. If we subsequently
determine that the information was incorrect we will advise you of the new charges that will apply to
your Energy Plan from its commencement, and of your options.
The above fixed energy rates do not include any concessions which may apply to you.
You may be charged a Refundable Advance if you have not agreed to an instalment plan and through
our credit assessment process AGL forms the view that you have an unsatisfactory credit rating, or
you do not provide acceptable identification. If we require a Refundable Advance the amount of
$150.00 per energy type will be included as a separate item in your first bill.

INFORMATION RELATING TO FLEXIBLE PRICING

If you change to flexible pricing and then decide that you wish to change back, then if you are a new
customer or an existing customer who moves premises after 1 July 2013 you can change to any
current rate structure.
You may not have access to the controlled load (off-peak) concession it you select flexible pricing.
