Take care of the patients in Daycares. Interns are responsible to help the patients to do their
daily tasks.

Cannot disclose patients identity and case history.


Cannot prescribe any medicine being an intern without the consultation of doctor.
Suggest right medicine by tallying the records of the patients behaviour because there is a
certain way to treat every disorder and all these are only done after consulting the doctor.

What issues would you refer to your supervisor prior to taking action and why?

Issues about the illness because mental illness are very critical to handle and treat. So no steps
can be taken unless we are sure about everything.

To observe them keenly and identify the disorder as mental illness is very complicated.
