Red Panda
From a 50cm uncut square of 2 crinkled washi papers mc'ed
together.

I liked the colours of the papers, but it was difficult to fold in some
areas. Again, like the Raccoon, there are many things to consider
when designing a multi-coloured subject with only 2 colours
available. So I kept the main colour (red) the same, and opted for a
totally different colour for the face and tail. I didnt think white would
have suited the tail. I also added a folded edge along the body to
simulate the line on the real animal where the colours meet.

Great strut! The head is particularly well done Quentin, and it
looks like this paper folds better than the previous stuff. I like the
horizontal line idea but instead of straight, maybe curve it around
the top of each leg, or would that pull it away from the body too
much?

i love this design. not being a designer myself, something that
might help make it more "red panda" and less raccoon would be
thicker legs and a color change at the belly/legs. it's great as is,
though.
