CEDT Written Test Questions and Pattern

The question paper will consist of 10 one-mark questions, 8 two-mark


questions and 8 Three-mark questions. The questions are distinct
answer based questions
The questions will broadly address the basic concepts in the following
topics

The question paper will be for a total of 50 marks that are divided into
the following three groups:
a. Group-I: Question numbers 1 to 10 will carry one mark each. - 10
b. Group-II: Question numbers 11 to 18 will carry two marks each. - 16
c. Group-III: Question number 19 to 26 will carry three marks each. - 24
Total - 50

Here are some of the questions I have obtained from various


online and offline sources.
Source 1:
In analog voltage, current regulators, zener diode circuits, some
basic amplifier circuits and opamp.

In Digital, they will ask counters and d-flipflop based questions


like output sequence after few clock cycles. so on...(mostly gate
model ).

then in maths, they will ask eigen vectors of matrices, UV


decomposition of matrices and sometimes differential
equations. these are main things u must see.

About the TEST: The test started at 9.15am. It was 1.5 hr test.
To our surprise the test was SUBJECTIVE as against OBJECTIVE
as mentioned in the call letter. The Qs were of 1M & 2M like
GATE but subjective. The results were out at 7pm.
