Principals of all the affiliated colleges offering M.Tech. or M.Pharmacy courses are requested to make
arrangements for carrying out the online registrations for the forthcoming University examinations of M.Tech .and
M.Pharmacy courses. The colleges are informed to log-in to the University registrations servers at the addresses
http: //122.252.228.143/olrmtech and http: //122.252.228.143/olrmpharmacy respectively for M.Tech. and
M.Pharmacy courses.
Please note that the default username and the password for entering into the registrations server are
admin_collegecode (in collegecode, all letters must be lower case) and root respectively. Further the colleges
system administrators are informed to change the password immediately after entering the respective registration
accounts to avoid any misuse of the registrations account. The sequence of the menu services to be selected for
allowing the student registrations is Admin-Options -> Admin status -> Allow Registrations and then click on
submit button. Each time at the end of the registrations session at your college, the administrators are instructed to
execute the service Not Allow Registration menu service to avoid any misuse. Please check the Photos displayed
at the time of student registration. If there are no photo for any students then make arrangement for getting the
Photograph of the respective student. All such students digital photos in jpg format and size less than 20KB should
be kept in a folder with name college code. Upload the photos zipped folder (collegecode.zip) using the service
AdminOptions-> upload photos. Please note that the file name of the digital photo should be same as hall-ticket
number, which is a alphanumeric string of length 10.
The Principals are further informed to make arrangements for the upload of consolidated internal marks of
II semester M.Tech. and M.Pharmacy.courses in the excel file templates which are made available in the home page
of the EDEP portal with the names M.Tech_internals_xls.zip and M.Pharmacy_internals_xls.zip. These internal
marks should be uploaded to University server at the addresses http: //122.252.228.143/olrmtech and
http: //122.252.228.143/olrmpharmacy respectively for M.Tech. and M.Pharmacy courses using the menu service
Theory->Internal Marks on or before 16-09-2010 .

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Below 4 Steps must be carried out by the System administrator of the college
for registration of M.Tech university exams
------------------------------------------------------------------------Step 1: Type the following U.R.L., in the browser
http://122.252.228.143/olrmtech
Step 2: Online Registraton Login page
Enter the Username as:admin_collegecode(give your collegecode here)
Enter Password:root
Step 3: In order to change the password Goto AdminOptions and click on change Password.
Please note that change of password is strongly recommended for the security of
database.
Step 4: After that go to Admin Status and then select Allow registrations option
Unless the system administrator selects this option,
no one is allowed for registration process.
Step 5: Now Goto uploadPhotos option. Then upload the photos as collegecode.zip

--> Once the adminstrator completes the above process, any student can do the Registration
process

as usual by entering their username and password (Both are set as hallticket number).
