mandala. Next sprinkle a little water on the food and place some tulsi on it. This sprinkling of
water on food is providing clothing to prana. Upanishads call water as clothing for prana.
If your meal has rice, eat five morsels of plain rice as mentioned below. If your meal does not
have rice; eat five morsels of whatever you have in your plate.
