The purpose of modification, PA0037 is to exercise the Government's unilateral right to exercise the
contract option under Master Contract GS-33F-NOOI8.

Pursuant to Section D.26, Master Contract Clause FAR 52.217-9, "Option to Extend the Term of the
Contract", the Government hereby exercises option period 1 under Master Contract GS-33F-NOOI8.

As a result of the above, the contract period of performance under the Master Contract GS-33F-NOOI8
is hereby extended for a 24-month period covering November 12, 2006 to November 11, 2008.

The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and associated sub-CLINs pricing as reflected within
Section B.3, "Pricing" of the Master Contract GS-33F-NOOI8(including any modifications therein) are
applicable for this option period 1.

Except as modified herein, all other terms and conditions of contract GS,.33F-NOOI8remain in full
force and effect.
